Yellow Basmati Rice Sambousek Meat 3pcs

Food, service, and ambiance were all incredible!! 10/10 would recommend! We were there to see them celebrate a birthday and that was pretty cool.

We finally tried Mezze, and wow--what a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Our server, Lance, was phenomenal--attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food. He made us feel right at home. We started with the spicy hummus, and it was a total standout. Creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. Plus, the portion was generous--perfect for sharing (though I kind of wanted it all to myself!). The gyro plate was another hit. The meat was tender and flavorful, with a great blend of spices. It leaned more toward the soft side rather than crispy, which we actually loved--it made every bite melt in your mouth. The accompanying rice and salad were fresh and well-seasoned, rounding out the dish beautifully. And let's talk about the baklava--flaky, buttery layers with just the right touch of sweetness and a satisfying crunch. It was the perfect way to end the meal. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors really transported us. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu--next time, I've got my eye on the lamb kebabs and falafel! Highly recommend Mezze for anyone craving delicious Mediterranean food and top-notch service.

Upon entry the young lady asked if we had reservations-we did not! She found us a table anyway and seated us. Started off with amazing cocktails and falafel with pickled veggies!! Dinner consisted of the mixed grill! Haloumi cheese salad was impeccable! The chicken, beef, and rice were excellent! The lamb was chewy and probably overcooked. Hubby had the gyro and enjoyed it. Fries are great with extra seasoning! Dessert was baklava-pistachio, chocolate, and walnut! The chocolate was decadent! Hot Chai tea was delicious!! We enjoyed it! Great atmosphere and beautiful restaurant. Small dining room with a bar and patio!

Had lunch today at Mezze#1 and was very pleased with the food, ambiance and service. Kylie was our waitress and she did great! We started with a Hummus platter with fresh and hot pita bread. Three different types of hummus were amazing, my favorite was roasted red pepper hummus. My wife and I split the Gyro Lamb wrap, it was delicious, and big enough to split. We also had a Greek salad, was fresh and very tasty! Best Mediterranean food we have had in this area. We will definitely be back!

Immediately when I walked in I was jarred by the beautiful decor - it's an absolutely stunning dining room. The hostess walked me to a cozy table and then turned on my table lamp (how nifty!) kudos for the creativity and experience. Their food is so delicious! I loved their hummus and pita - their hummus was so smooth and I added an extra helping of chicken. Their pita came straight from the oven. I came in for lunch and ordered the kofta bowl as my entree. I thought the kofta was a little rubbery but still tasty. Their service however was impeccable! I came into Conroe for a 24 hour work trip and the server was so accommodating - he even packed me a soda to-go so I could stay awake. Will definitely be back when I visit for work!

Shish Tawook

I've gotten hooked on this dish called Shish Tawook and ordered a late night supper. The two skewers of chicken were grilled well and a good portion. You get to choose 2 dips. My non-spicy selections were the toum and tzaziki dips which were good and different. The salad had pickled onions, cucumbers etc. They were fresh and crunchy. Rice was nicely flavored. Ordered pita bread since it doesn't come with the meal. All in all, it was a nice wholesome meal for the days you needed a lift! The meal was packaged well and delivery by Uber was quick and efficient. It was a relaxing meal minus the drive!

This is one of my favorite places to come!!! The staff is so accommodating and kind!!!! The atmosphere is calming and quaint!! My waitress was amazing!!! Told her I was on a day off and not to bother with me as she had a table of 8! The red pepper hummus is a must!!!!! I was by myself and barely ate 1/3 of it!!! But it is soooooo worth it!!!!! They have a full bar and many drink options to choose from!!! If you're in the area, please stop!!!! The best food ever!!!!

The service was top notch. Our waitress was a younger girl and she was the best. We say outside because my sister had her dog. When we got there the music was loud inside because there was a belly dancer. The inside of the restaurant is very nice and clean. We were greeted right away and met us outside with the menus. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the food was a tad overpriced and I've had better gyros. The traditional hummus was pretty good. Will come back again if I'm ever in the area.

Would have taken a picture of this beautiful hummus but we ate it all! So delicious!

Per my 8 year old, the food here is better than most other restaurants:) The food and service is always top notch! Great ambience as well!

This was a whim excursion after church In Huntsville Texas today. My sweet husband met my curiosity with trying a new place. Mediterranean foods are my absolute favorites, but I am hard to please. Today, we were both blown away from the moment we walked in. The ambiance is extremely inviting. The hostess was welcoming. The server was the best ever. We absolutely have no complaints. At all. Well worth the 20 minute Sunday drive. We will most definitely be back. I hope you will try it. You will not be disappointed.

Do you use seed oils or just olive oil?

We use both olive oil and canola oils, depending on the preparation. Each is chosen for the best flavor and texture in every recipe.

Is this place okay for a toddler?

Yes! But last time I was there they didn't have a changing station

Is this restaurant halal?

Hello, our restaurant has halal items but not everything. Also we have full bar and belly dancing show so we don’t know if we can consider it as a halal restaurant.

I finally visited this Greek/Mediterranean/Persian restaurant on a Sunday for lunch to see why it's…read morerated so high. Inside is elegant and well decorated with glass tables and large rugs everywhere. Looking at the menu, it's a mix of various cuisines, but they do separate out the Persian dishes which are somewhat similar to Mediterranean ones just cost a little more and have different spices altogether. If you visit on weekend nights, you'll likely get to see belly dancing here. I settled on the chicken shawarma wrap, even though it costs a few dollars more than the chicken pita. It does come with one side for $21,and I chose French fries. It tasted pretty good, but you do have to get used to the pickles which gives the wrap an overall weird taste. These are not your typical pickles which go well with American fried chicken sandwiches. A Mexican tortilla is used as a wrap here instead of the bread they use for wraps in other Mediterranean restaurants in Houston. If I wanted a chicken burrito, i would have dined at a Mexican restaurant. The fries are previously frozen ones and lightly seasoned and really only decent when hot. Unfortunately this is one of those restaurants which takes care of newly seated guests and large parties but ignores the tables of 1. Not my fault I only have one in my party. They seated me in the corner and another gentleman came about 20 mins after me and I never saw a waitress go to his table after being served his entree either. The chef or kitchen hand is the one who brings out the entree from the kitchen here and my waitress never showed up until they try to take your plate away. However, I was still eating and also waiting for 10 mins on a refill. I can only eat so much before needing to take a sip of a liquid...but if you come with a party of one here..you will likely be waiting awhile. The lady taking my plate wasn't even my waitress either. Meanwhile, for the gentleman sitting outside alone, I observed his drink to be empty a while and they weren't refilling his either. He finally leaves and goes to a cash register to pay. What? A semi-fine dining elegant spot with mandolin playing in the background has a cash register where you have to go up to pay? What is this world coming to? With these prices, they should roll out red carpet from the front door to your table each time you walk in....and surely make the waitress do something for once and take your card and swipe it herself at the cash register which shouldn't be in the middle of the damn room. Sort of defeats the purpose of being elegant. Did I mention the glasses are plastic here too. If they want to be refined, try at least using glasses for drinks.

It was a Wednesday evening, so only us and 3 other tables. Other than the employee at the front door register, I don't think we saw another employee the entire time we were there. The one item that was good was the pita bread. Tried to treat the cucumber mint yogurt as a tzatziki, but the mint was way too strong. All you could taste. Several salads available, but no dressings at all (just oil and vinegar). Why have something labelled as a greek salad without greek dressing? There were 3 different rice dishes. Every one was overcooked and dried out. Tried a chicken dish and all you could taste was cinnamon - no balance at all. While the meatballs were edible, the shredded beef was truly horrible. No gyro or lamb??? Really? The biggest turn-off, besides the nearly inedible food, was the volume of fruit flies around the drink dispensers. They were everywhere. As I said, we love good mediterranean food. This was not it. Ordinarily I understand that restaurants have off days, and will give them another chance. That is not what this was. We will not be back. Everything was bad. We didn't finish even a single plate of food. Paid our $45+ for the bad experience, and left.

Delicious authentic Lebanese food, Genuine hospitality, great ambiance…read more Abdallah's Lebanese Caffe delivers one of the most authentic and memorable Lebanese dining experiences in Houston. The kitchen excels from the very first course: the kibbe is exceptional, perfectly balanced, delicately textured, and arguably the finest I've ever had. The grilled selections showcase remarkable quality, from a melt‑in‑your‑mouth tenderloin to richly seasoned kafta. The standout, however, is the lamb chops, prepared so beautifully that even my wife, who rarely enjoys lamb, was genuinely impressed. Their commitment to authenticity is evident in every dish, thanks to olive oil and spices imported directly from southern Lebanon. The atmosphere is equally inviting. As a family‑owned establishment, Abdallah's shines through the warm presence of Susan and Fares, who ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
