Evergreen Tech installed our new artificial turf about 10 months ago. The initial job went great, however, we had concerns about insufficient infill and its potential impact on the warranty of our turf. After a few discussions about what was needed, we were able to sort out the details, and a mutual solution was agreed upon. Then, it was just a matter of getting us on their schedule to do the work. We continued to stay in touch with the company on a regular basis since June 2023 to coordinate a time to have them come by. Responses were always cordial and we were told that there had to be a few sunny days in a row in order to install the material that we were waiting for. Aside from the weather not cooperating, there have been multiple clear, rain-free opportunities in the past seven months for the work to be completed, but it never happened. Aside from weather delays, our requests for getting scheduled for the work were met with excuses. We ultimately had to pay another company to complete the agreed-upon work. A companies integrity should carry through the entire customer experience. From the initial installation to supporting and maintaining the project.

Headline: Absolute scam - Stay away from Jarocho Company!…read more Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. I paid a $1,500 premium--$7,000 total--because Jarocho Company sold me on their "premium" after-sales service, including a guaranteed two months of maintenance and watering adjustments. The moment that final check cleared, they vanished. They didn't just provide poor service; they stopped answering my calls entirely after feeding me a string of empty excuses. They used a "bait and switch" tactic: promise top-tier support to get the sale, then ghost the customer once the money is in their pocket. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly have no intention of honoring their word. Do not let them scam you like they scammed me.

Apparently extremely expensive since they considered a $5K budget for adding shrubs, flowers and mulch ( not palms, trees, pots or rocks ) to an already nice looking residential front yard an unrealistic expectation! And unprofessional since Jessica (Co owner) ended her visit with a promise to work on our design and a handshake then ghosted us for a couple of days until we emailed her trying to find out how to pay for her visit ($75.00) and the 2-D design ($750.00) Only then was when she answered back that they couldn't take our job because they had bigger projects to work on already!

The gate was wide open when we came in and there were a few people walking around so it appeared open when we pulled in. As my wife and I started looking around, we were yelled at, literally yelled at, by a young guy who worked there standing by a white truck that they were closed and that we needed to leave. No mention about being sorry and that they would reopen on Monday, no offer to find out what we wanted and see if we could quickly find what we needed and buy it. Just an angry yell that they were closed and told to leave. We left, went to Bushel Stop and dropped more than $1,600 on 4 palms and several smaller plants for the same area. It's no wonder that Bushel Stop was packed. Their stuff is great, very helpful, and they have a great selection.

I spoke with Martina and we decided to schedule a meeting at the house. We agreed on a Wednesday but she did say she'd call me in the beginning of the week if she couldn't make it on Wednesday. She didn't call or cancel in the beginning of the week so I assumed Wednesday was still on schedule. Wednesday arrived and I called to verify the meeting time... She didn't answer the phone; understandably since people get busy but unfortunately she never returned my voicemail I left her (I even said I can still be available Friday or even Saturday if she wasn't free).... I still needed a landscaper so I followed up 3 WEEKS LATER and she actually said, "oh, I just got your message and was about to call"... For whatever reason, she was nice enough and apologetic so I set up to meet the next day. My wife and I met with Martina... she was nice/polite but I felt like she was not hearing my ideas or what I wanted; we did manage to share some design elements that I was good with and confident that she would provide a design that would work; she promised we'd have a quote within the next 10 days. 10 days came and went... and, at the end of the day, none of this mattered since Jaguar never provided a quote...
