    Doesn't lock or even close!

I have my Counseling office at 300 Mt Lebanon Blvd- a Meyers Management property. There have been numerous code violations and security issues in this building since I began renting 5 years ago. Currently the restroom most convenient to my office is in horrible condition. The Women's Room door not only doesn't lock, it doesn't even close and on TWO occasions I have found men in there. I work with children and families- some of these children are very young. When I first looked at office space here I was assured the restrooms are kept locked for the safety and privacy of tenants. When I walked down the hall to the management office of Lebanon Shops, I couldn't help but notice the restroom closest to them is being completely renovated, so at least someone around here is getting their needs met...? I don't have any delusions of the property managers here ever actually caring about their tenants- that ship sailed years ago. I just want future renters to know that for the cheap prices, you are getting slumlord grade care.

Proof property manager blocks emails from tenants.

I would give zero stars if I could. I rarely post reviews but this mishandling of a job deserves…read moreone. I was the first person to contact the leasing office minutes after the property got listed (have snapshots to prove it) , I repeatedly requested a virtual tour . The property manager said i am 1.5 hours away. Will do it soon , next day early next week yada-yada yada - Despite multiple follow-ups, the leasing agent delayed for nearly a week and never accommodated the request. The day they did he had other showings too which is also fine I understand he wants to club things but then you should make considerations for the first come first contact and viewing basis as well- i was put off until later when all others had seen the property even though i was the first one to contact them - ( I Know this because he said you were the first one when i talked to him a week ago) I put in the application and turns out another applicant was ahead of me (what can you do luck! and some timing mishap from the property leasing manager) which happens. Here's what doesn't make sense: The kicker, I was still charged a $75 non-refundable application fee. If application is on first come first serve and if someone is ahead why would you run a background on next applicant ? the application is specific to a property and that should be handled on a "first come, first served" basis. and if they have a line they should check the first guy and if he is through then why check the next guy in line ? and charge the fee? if someone is already first in line and being considered for the property, why charge subsequent applicants a screening fee before they are even realistically being considered? The explanation I received was that my application remains valid for other properties. However, I applied for a specific property, not a general membership in their rental portfolio. if this is the case yo you can charge 5 people who apply and make money off of just the applications. What frustrates me most is not losing the property--someone has to get it and mishandling did result in my application being second (10min Later than the first one - if he did my virtual tour before the other folks, i might have been the first one but first come first serve doesn't work when scheduling viewings apparently! ) It's the lack of transparency that is really frustrating - No where in their form do they say if you are not first in line we will still charge you the fee and run the background check. The process feels designed to collect fees from multiple applicants while only one person can ultimately rent the property. Future applicants should ask very specific questions before paying any non-refundable fees. I did not see any disclosure in the application materials stating that applicants who are not first in line for a property may still have their background check run and be charged a non-refundable application fee. Other reviews from renters and owners everywhere (Look at reddit - Google reviews can be manipulated so can reddit and yelp but at least see all reviews before deciding to work with them )Some reviews show how bad their management service is as well. So figured may be god has a better plan and good riddance for me to not get their managed property. Imagine an emergency comes and the leasing property manager says i am 1.5 hrs. away from the property i will try and come next week ! BEWARE! Check your application and application fees and agreements with them.

Pennsylvania Land Titles made so many errors that I have spoken to one of the owners of the company twice, in addition to speaking with the chief operating officer once. While they have agreed to refund me the settlement fee (due to the repeated mistakes, lack of expertise and incorrect information), it does not excuse what they put me through and how much work I, my real estate agent, and my attorney actually had to do to make this closing happen. Extra work and time that should not have been needed had Pennsylvania Land Titles done their job properly. I wanted to share this information with all of you so that you do not engage with this company. Refunding the money didn't matter, the extra time, frustration, and aggravation that was involved in dealing with this company was totally unnecessary. When I just moved to my apartment in mid-August 2022, a power outage happened specifically to my suite, leaving me totally in the dark. I called customer service the next day, and the lady who answered my phone was straight to the point, told me it was a serious matter, reported the incident, and a technician came to my apartment and fixed the circuit that afternoon. The lady's name is Bethany, and she is the best thing about Lobos Management that I encountered so far. Aside from Bethany, there was also another customer service lady who guided me through the payment site, and I believe I left Lobos Management a 5-star because of that. Now let's go to the bad: Bad: There are two really bad things about Lobos Management that I encountered so far. The first is the emergency customer service line. Emergency service line: As I mentioned above, an outage happened to my suite an evening in mid-August. My intuition was to first call the emergency customer service line to see if they could resolve my issue. However, the Indian customer service member was ingenuine, irresponsible, and non-functional. He told me in the phone call that he would contact a technician, and did not call me back to give me an update after 2 hours of waiting. I stayed up until 2 am that day just to keep waiting outside in the hallway and call him again and again continuously for 6 hours just to ask for an update on the status of my case, but he just kept being so ambiguous and slippery with his response that I could not formulate any expectation on when my case could be at least reviewed. To be fair, I knew that night the company could be short-staffed and that my case could not be processed that night. I even told him that I could accept the possibility that my outage could not be resolved that night but I need him to say it just so I could at least know I could go to bed without a technician knocking on my door at 5 am, but he just kept on being ambiguous and saying sorry. I later gave up hope and went to bed. As expected, he never called me back, and I had to call day-time customer service the next day to resolve the issue. I actually experienced another incident where that specific emergency line was useless, but I just don't want to waste my time listing it out.
