These guys are the BEST! Discovered we needed to replace our septic tank and we were fit in almost…read moreimmediately to set the process in motion. They were available via text to answer questions and walk us through what we needed to do. As soon as permit was secured and the yard was ready, they were here for installation. Quick process, less than a day. It might not seem like much but when the installation was finished they filled in the old tank and then took the time to make the yard look nice. We'd removed a couple trees and they took the time to smooth out the entire yard and fill in the holes left by the trees. They removed some bushes to make the house look nicer (at our request.) Bottom line, they went well above and beyond our expectations. Replacing the septic was great. But, being available to answer questions, fitting is in in an emergency, raking the dirt and making the yard nice, they didn't need to do that, but we so very much appreciate that they did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone (and everyone.) I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

They literally looked at it 5 minutes and said they could not resolve the issue and that they would have to take out the ceiling and all this BS to get to the clog. They caused all sorts of problems for us, and the sale of our home We hired them to pump and inspect our septic system. They sent a young man to our home. he couldn't be a day over 23. I asked him is there an inspector coming, he replied that he also was the inspector, He removed the one lid to the tank and pumped it. He then turned on the flash lite on his phone and told me everything looks good. he stated that the baffle is in place, He then told me to go inside and flush the toilet. then stated again. everything looks good I asked him, (are you going to inspect the secondary lid and camera the inlet to the distribution box) he told me it was not necessary everything look good. What about the leach field, its fine, everything looks good 3 days later we get a letter from the crook Dean Bah, (Chamberlian) stating there is a history of high-water marks on the tank, which indicates that there is a problem with the leach field. our realtor called and asked Dean to come out and recheck the work and if there is a problem please let us know what the problem is and what do we need to correct it. He refused to come out. but when the buyers got the report, and they contacted Chamberlian, he had no problem telling them it would be 15K to repair the leach field, so we had to call a second inspection. He opened both lids and the distribution box. OMG everything is working like it should. Dean Bah is a scammer, Don't ever use him, after talking to others we have learned this is not the first time, he has done this too others.
