I will finally have this replaced next week but I will have to pay for it out of pocket & the damage this has caused my mouth is permanent. Packard Dental was cruel to me when I asked for this to be fixed. They told me that there was nothing wrong with the crow that they placed. My feelings about it & how it felt did not matter to them in the least. They told me that they couldn't take a loss on it, no matter the damage it caused my mouth. Going back to Packard Dental is the biggest mistake I've ever made. They did a horrible job & I am suffering greatly because of it! They do NOT care about their patients in the very least!

This man wants me to have a conversation with him about my feelings on the set I have, my likes and dislikes. I sleep with them and only remove them to clean) I am not comfortable speaking without them let alone have a full blown conversation.
