Seemed to be super popular with elementary level kiddos. It's just hard to stomach the price tag taxpayers paid while still paying entry to a mediocre, modern facility. Would've been great if it were more along the lines of Wings and Waves in McMinnville- 4 huge slides, big wave pool AND play structure, whirlpool etc. (something for all ages there). Either way it is what it is since they filled in Hawthorne pool and shut down Jackson pool (both of which had awesome diving boards at least, lol). Just kinda MEH here...

It also has several party and meeting rooms The other half has two (2) massive swimming pools. The recreation pool has two water slides and a lazy river I enjoy going to the 13 lane Olympic lap pool My insurance pays for a membership for me to try to keep in shape so instead of me going to a gym I got a monthly senior pass to Rogue X and the insurance company pays for it. I can use the facility almost every day of the year but My goal is twice a week. There is plenty of free parking and the locker rooms/ restrooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Prices vary depending on where you live your age and if you get a family or individual pass. This is a wonderful addition to the Rogue Valley Southern Oregon area

This gym is a universe! Stacy signed us up in the spring of…read more2025 and gave us an awesome tour of Club NW. We've since brought friends in to check out this great gym, and Tanya was happy to give us a tour as walk-ins--thank you! I'll update this review later, but so far, I've only ever found rock climbing gyms to be this exciting. I really appreciate the wide range of activities and options available here. It's kid-inclusive, disability-inclusive, and offers designated times and spaces to make certain areas safer for different groups. There's also a spa with many services, plus other highlights like a fresh juice and food café, saltwater pools, a rock climbing wall, hot tub, kids' area, online classes, and rotating displays of local artists' work each month. I ran into a family member and my obgyn which was pleasant. I could go on. It also happens to be a place where AMR ambulances are stationed while waiting for calls, which is pretty unique. Love it. The one downside I'll mention has to do with gym members, not gym itself. It is important to share though. One experience we had at the pool last July. While pregnant, I regularly swam laps as part of my exercise routine. One day, I invited friends visiting from Oakland to join my partner and me at CNW. One of my friends is an excellent swimmer and instructor. While we were swimming laps, we noticed repeated, intentional, and uncomfortable staring from a group of men in the hot tub. I asked if they were waiting for the pools or something. We were not breaking any rules, being disorderly, or abusing time limits. The energy was noticeable and felt by ALL of us. Perhaps it's worth noting that some older, Caucasian gym members may prefer an environment that reflects Oregon's earlier history. I'm not saying CNW itself is racist, but it would feel incomplete not to share what we experienced that day.

We had a party here, which they plan after a full day of kids playing in there so it's not sanitized before. And they are worried about outside food or drink yet have literal sh*t on the floor. Our toddler is now sick from being there, definitely will never be back.

While the pool that Rogue Valley Pools built for us is very nice and Dennis is seemingly a nice…read moreguy, the process and completion of the building was disappointing and unprofessional. After the hole for the pool was created, the hole remained a hole for months. My husband called Rogue Valley Pools several times, leaving voice messages for Dennis who rarely answers his calls, asking when the crew would be back to work on the pool. My husband became so frustrated with the lack of response and work ethic on the part of Rogue Valley Pools, he told me I should try making contact. Perhaps it was the fact that I was more direct in my dissatisfaction that triggered Dennis and his crew to return to work on the pool. While the pool was finished for the most part in early June, the light was not put in, nor was the grout finished. My husband repeated his weekly calls over the summer requesting that the work be completed, but to no avail. Months went by without a response from Dennis. I stepped in, again more direct with my dissatisfaction; the light was put in, yet with no instructions on how to get the light working despite our requests. After weekly texts from me for several weeks, since Dennis' voicemail was full, the grout remains unfinished. I received a text 3 weeks ago indicating the grout would be finished on the Friday after I made contact with Dennis. This was a no show. Another text indicating the grout would be finished on the following Monday. Another no show. The grout remains unfinished now after weeks of absent communication from Dennis. We will have to hire someone else to complete the work that we paid Rogue Valley Pools in full for. I highly recommend finding someone else to build your pool. Update: Three days after posting the review, Rogue Valley Pools got the light in the pool working and finished the grout.
