    That's hot!!! But good..

Great breakfast..BEWARE that sauce is hot! Lots of regulars here and tourists. We've had breakfast there several times and never disappointed.

This is an incredible shrimp omelet accompanied by hash browns and refried beans.

CLEAN AND FRIENDLY WHAT? A shrimp omelet right by the Gulf of Mexico? Hells yeah!! Be still my heart. I cautiously ordered it, and it DELIVERED! sublime. I was impressed with the organization of this small business, how it was run, and the apparent multigenerational staff. Like a well oiled machine. Endless coffee without asking The interior was very bright and cheery, it matched the server perfectly. Nice! I think it showed a lot of pride in ownership. W O N D E R F U L B R E A K F A S T

The food was so delicious! Everything was so fresh and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. I got the Mexican plate and it came with 2 cheese enchiladas, 2 beef tacos, a chalupa and rice and beans. Loved it!

Driving home to Fort Worth today after spending 4days in Padre.. everything was still closed at 10am so we google breakfast place and found this hidden gem! The restaurant itself; it was a small Mexican restaurant and was kinda hard to see but let me tell you something; it was definitely worth a stop! Everything we ordered was Freaking delish!!!!! Their HUGE B/FAST taco was pretty amazing I must say!! I ordered chorizo w potatoes!! Definitely worth having!! Potatoes was hot, crispy, and soft and goey in the inside!! Yeah it was pretty spectacular.. husband had sausage and eggs! It was also real good! And son had beef tacos and he pretty much licked the plate!! But those b/fast tacos are worth a try!!! They are also HUGE!! So if you're not a big eater I recommend sharing but for $5.99 piece I'm sure you can afford 2! lol Service was also fast and outstanding and super friendly!! Definitely will be back for more!

MUST TRY!! food quality & quantity -- amazing there was no long wait despite our large order, coffee was just right & the staff was very friendly & welcoming

More of a traditional restaurant than a place to grab takeaway. I ordered the Con Todo with TLC taco and WOW!!! For $10 this burrito was massive and also amazing. It is definitely shareable, unless you're me. I ate the whole thing.

Stopped by on the way back home after visiting S Padre Island. Lucky stop that morning. I managed to get in when there was only one person ahead of me. Great staff and great food. I was only able to try the migas plate with coffee. It was all delicious! The tortillas are huge! As I sat and ate my food, I was wishing that I could eat more food. Everything that was passing me by looked and smelled delicious! Their tacos only come in one size and that size is huge. Even the coffee cups are big. Everyone was enjoying their food as much as I was. I also noticed that their small waiting area was full and they had a long line of people waiting outside. It was hot outside! Everyone wears masks. Space is very limited due to social distancing. Good food that is not overpriced. I am definitely planning on going back the next time I am in the area.

The ambiance and vibe inside was relaxing and comforting. It's not a big place, it only has a few tables. We ordered iced tea to drink and got some chips and salsa as appetizers. The salsa tasted homemade and not too spicy, which is good. As main entrees, I ordered the quesadillas. The menu has them as either shrimp or chicken quesadillas, but the owner was gracious enough to make them just with cheese, since I don't eat meat. They came with a side of salad and rice. My husband got the fried shrimp and it came with fries and coleslaw. Both dishes tasted fresh and tasty. It is advertised as a seafood restaurant, but their breakfast menu is more extensive, so we might come back to try their breakfast items. Everything we ordered was good, I'm glad we gave this new restaurant a try. The original location was in Port Isabel and have since moved to Los Fresnos. I'm glad they did. We will certainly be back again and recommend it to friends and family.

A trip to Pirate's Landing is basically a must for my partner and me anytime we're in Port Isabel…read more It's his favorite fishing spot, and honestly, it's become one of my favorite little traditions too even though I don't like fishing, I go for my man! There's a long pier you can walk out on to fish, and we usually catch red drum, hardhead catfish, and sometimes even crabs. Most of the time the fish are too small to keep, so we throw them back, but it's still such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It's less about what we catch and more about spending time together. I really appreciate the setup. There are picnic tables and chairs where you can sit and hang out, which makes it easy to spend a few hours comfortably. There's a convenience store stocked with fishing gear, a concession stand (which I still need to try!), and even a fried chicken spot nearby if you want something quick to eat. Plus public restrooms, which is always a huge win when you're out all day. They also have a great restaurant and bar, so whether you're there to fish, grab a bite, or just relax by the water, you really have everything in one place. I've been here more times than I can count, and it's always part of our plans when we head to SPI. It's just the best place to go. Keep in mind that you have to pay for every fishing pole that you bring in. You also have to pay to be a spectator.

This restaurant has a large menu with daily specials. We tried the Southwest Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries because it was a daily special. It's good, but I prefer the fried Chicken Breast Samich. The chicken and ham on the Southwest Chicken Sandwich is skewered with long wooden picks which I learned was to keep the food in place. The large slice of chicken with the ham kept sliding off the bun. It does have a nice salsa dressing. The Chicken Breast Samich includes crispy fresh lettuce, a large slice of tomato and pickles on a toasted bun with waffle fries. Very tasty. My dining companion had the fried red fish with waffle fries. This is a large portion of friend red fish. Also very tasty. We had A a very friendly waiter both times that we were there. This is a very large restaurant with a lot of people coming and going. Live music is provided every day from 3pm to 6pm. A nice selection of cocktails. I recommend the Key Lime Pina colada. I was very pleased to see that the restaurant allowed a man to sit in the outside area with his dog. It was a cold windy day and I worried about them sitting in that wind. The manager allowed the man and his k9 companion to dine inside the restaurant. They sat on the north side away from most diners, but I congratulate the manager for allowing a customer to be comfortable while enjoying the food. His dogfriend was a charmer. It gave me a smile and I will always remember that the restaurant treated a customer with respect.
