Menya Ultra's version was straight up sad. The black sesame Dan Dan noodle didn't stand out either. I did order an extra egg, because it wasn't included. The quality of the egg was interesting, that the egg white was immediately fragmented when I tried to pick it up, and the yolk did not have that half liquid half solid texture either. The food was not great, not worth the price and does not live up to the hype. I don't get why people still come here when there are many great options available in SD. On a positive note, wait was short ~18:00 on weekday. Waitress was friendly. Food came out fast. That's as much nice things as I could say about this place.
