He remembered my family from last week even though I came without them this week. Support this business, and they will not disappoint. They have crispy pork, tofu, and chicken banh mi. They cook these over charcoal and the chicken is spatchcocked. (split in half) I was expecting for them to pull chicken off the grill but instead, they pulled them from a cooler. Evidently they cook them up and chop up into the strangest sized pieces and throw in coolers. I had no idea what we were eating. The half rack of ribs was all the gristel and cartilage cut off the ends. I received no bones and very little meat connected to the cartilage. So now they don't have anything to feed their dogs.
