Evidently they cook them up and chop up into the strangest sized pieces and throw in coolers. I had no idea what we were eating. The half rack of ribs was all the gristel and cartilage cut off the ends. I received no bones and very little meat connected to the cartilage. So now they don't have anything to feed their dogs.
