Melbourne is a long way from Mexico, but I read some yelp reviews and saw photos that looked authentic! I had read some reviews that these "nachos" were very soggy, but to my surprise they were just as they should be and we're very authentic to South Texas! To describe these as "nachos" is not accurate! They are dipped in a red sauce for flavor and served perfectly. I had the Chilaquiles with chicken and they were really excellent and I highly them. There was not even a tiny use morsel of these left on the plate! In fact, I was so very impressed with the authentic flavor & taste, I bought 7 tacos, guacamole and chips, pico de gallo and chips to take to some friends. Everything was pretty authentic to my well-trained Tex Mex palate and I certainly will be back!
