The tech spent four hours at our house and wasn't able to fix any of the issues - not only that but he created two new electrical issues. Our garage now is shortening out and the oven in our kitchen is shorting out and both not working. We asked him to replace some switches but he didn't have the right colors so I told him to wait to the next appointment because I would rather have switches that match. He replaced them anyways and did he will fix them next time. The biggest problem now is the company won't communicate with me. I let them know the new issues and would like the outlet covers fixed as well as him continuing to work on the other issues but for over a week they have ignored phone calls, msssages and text - so they didn't fix anything, made some things worse and put on the wrong outlet covers and won't respond. I am so disappointed because I thought I hired a good company with great customer service and reviews- all I have gotten so far is poor customer service and poor communication. I know our electrical issues are complex and would probably require additional appointments but to make it worse and not return any communication is so poor on the companies part.

My power pole went down in my yard during a wind storm, and I was told by Wisconsin Public Service…read morethat it was my responsibility to find a new pole, dig the hole, and get an electrician to my house to wire it. All the while, not having any electricity until it was done. As you can imagine, shear panic set in after hearing this news. Frustrated with my current predicament, Randy Massart was a lifesaver when he told me he could come out right away to look at the downed pole and what this situation would all entail, even though he already had a very busy schedule. He lined everything up, from getting the pole, to having someone dig the hole, then wiring it and getting Wisconsin Public Service back out to hook my electricity up.
