Kobe asked me all the questions before I was on the table. He asked what I was personally comfortable with and reminded me to breathe multiple times throughout. He was professional and caring, nothing has changed! I'm so glad I finally booked with him. I had forgotten what a miracle worker he is. If you have a need for deep tissue work, he is your therapist. It's so hard to find someone who recognizes the issues and can actually work to make them better. He has been in the industry for a long time and takes the time to listen to your body.

The waiting area is small and so peaceful and gets you in a great mood. I met with Anthony, he was warm and welcoming. We talked about a few things and showed me to the room. The room was beautiful and so tranquil, it wasn't the normal massage type music playing , it had a little bit of of an upbeat feel to it, which I really enjoyed. The table was so warm and comfy and the sheets and blanket were absolutely soft and cozy. I asked Anthony a few more questions (since I was getting a treatment I have never tried) and he was super helpful in explaining what to expect. I had booked an hour massage and added in Cupping to the package. Anthony was great, he checked in, made sure I was feeling good, that pressure was ok, that I was comfortable, etc. the cupping was really cool and such a new experience, I definitely want to try again. After the massage I felt great and so relaxed! I absolutely loved my experience and cannot wait to book another trip!

I came across Anthony over social media. He's located in the Stutz Building downtown, so it's close to where I live. He also had a weekend appointment available for a 60-minute massage, so I decided to give him a try based on the other reviews online. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment, which was recommended in my pre-appointment email. Anthony was downstairs in the lobby waiting on me to guide me back to his studio, which was relaxing and calming the second I walked in the door. After a quick consultation about what I wanted him to focus on and what I wanted him to avoid, he stepped out of the room and I was under the heated table in seconds. I like a little more pressure everywhere except the back of my neck, and he adjusted his pressure exactly how I wanted it. I had several knots on my shoulders and he worked them out in a way that didn't make the rest of my body tense up. I only booked a 60 minute appointment because that's what he had available, but it went by way too fast. Next time I'll book a 90 minute and will probably continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

For my birthday today, my partner booked a couple's massage at Ann Spa, and I am so pleased and…read moreimpressed with their service. The facility is clean, quiet, and simple. We waited a few quick minutes for their dedicated couples massage room; two sisters had just finished up, and they had to get it cleaned and prepared for us. When we entered, there were heart balloons and roses set up for us! We were given a minute to undress to our underwear and get comfortable. There were bottles of water and clean sheets and towels. They knocked and asked before entering, and asked how much pressure in general we wanted. They began quickly, and had some quiet music playing. Joy was my masseuse, and Tina did work on my partner. They started with our backs, necks, and about halfway through, had us turn over for the front. They applied a good amount of pressure, and adapted when we asked for more or less pressure in specific areas. Joy made some quick conversation to get us comfortable, and then it was silence for the rest. Very peaceful and relaxing. They asked about pressure, temperature, and specific areas that we wanted work on. They have obviously listened to former reviews and have made great improvements. I want to note that I am a personal trainer, and my partner works with their hands almost daily. It was deeply soothing, and I started falling asleep at one point. They definitely know what they're doing, and were very professional. I highly recommend Joy, and Tina got a great review from my partner as well. Prices are great as well. It was $60 per person per hour, and they did ask how much we would tip during payment. I was happy to tip them at a good rate. Massage is taxing to perform, and they were very deserving. Thank you ladies for a great experience, and we will definitely come back for more!

Most places charge those as add-ons but not only did he not charge me extra but since I was needing extra tlc he went way over the 90 minutes and didn't charge a penny more! He doesn't rush through, takes his time working on areas that need more attention. I've been looking for a massage therapist in Indy with hands like his so glad I found him. He was in communication with me throughout the entire massage, asking if I was comfortable or if the pressure was too light or too deep (it was always just right). He not only uses the power of his own hands, but he uses other modalities like cupping, hot rocks, massage gun, scraping, and probably some other things I don't know the name of. In addition to a massage license, he is skilled and/or certified in the field of physical therapy and sports medicine and even has an evaluation tool that he uses to help him (and his clients) visually pinpoint weakness areas (and probably other things!) so he can help correct that with recommended exercises and other therapies. The morning after my first visit with him, I got out of bed without stiffness. I didn't think that was ever going to be possible again. I have been very impressed with his breadth of knowledge and his skill and I will be going back for my third visit soon.

You enter into his room to find there are more Glade plug ins, which make the environment almost nauseating. He did not seem to read the extensive information he required I fill out before hand, which was such a waist of time if he didn't bother looking through it. He then asked what aroma therapy I would like. He forgot my response and uses the wrong one. From there, I change and he got started on the massage. I received a lymphatic drainage massage to help get my lymph system moving and detox, but there was such a lack of understanding on how to execute it was disappointing. It was clear he was not well trained in this method and he missed several parts of my body altogether. I felt like time was going slowly, but after a while he shares that he has actually gone over our time. I had another appointment I had to run to, and at that point he abruptly stops - just an immediate end with no thoughtful flow or wrap up. He exits and I get changed, and then he takes close to 10 minutes to process my payment. He asks for my credit card and then directly asks me what gratuity I would like to leave. I was honestly prepared to leave 10%, but instead of that being private, I was forced to respond directly to him. I ended up providing and telling him 20% to avoid an awkward encounter, but leaving paying $190 for a terrible experience really upset me. I honestly wish I could have my money back. It was not at all worth the cost. I wouldn't go back if someone paid me. This therapist has a lot of improvement to make if he hopes to have return customers. I am hopeful this will help him adjust his practice, and also provide insight to others when making a decision to see him for a Lymphatic Massage. Two stars was provided instead of one because it was a clean and safe environment. Had originally reviewed on Google but it appears it has been removed.
