In the past, I had a punctured tire the day we were leaving for a camping trip between Xmas/New Years and couldn't find my tire size anywhere due to the holidays. Called ORU, and Maurice recommended a place that had us on our way that same afternoon. Finally, had an annoying squeak post-overlanding trip and brought it in to ORU. They were able to quickly diagnose it as a loose bolt on my skid plate and didn't charge me for the inspection.
