I'd had HORRID past experiences with another chiropractor years previously, and was resistant to going to Chiropractic Center or Erie. However my husband filed their online forms & set an appointment for me, and this was one of the many great decisions he's made for me. Aside from the close proximity to my home, and ease of appointment making (they do NOT require long term contracts, or scheduling requirements), the staff is incredible friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I've enjoyed getting to know them all over the last year and a half, and seeing them when I first walk in, as part of my weekly routine. Dr. Dave is diligent and thoughtful in his patient care. He reviews case notes prior to starting each session, and checks in with you on how to best address your care. He's informative during your session, talking through each part, why he's addressing an area, and letting you know what to expect, so that you are an actively informed participant in your care plan. His manner of care sets me at ease, and I'm able to relax and allow movement to occur during my adjustments, which provides great relief at the end of a session. During the course of my care for my neck and shoulder, I decided I needed to start running again after a 15 year hiatus. On top of that I added a running challenge goal in Nov 2019: Run a 10k on Sat, followed by a half marathon on Sunday. JUST after signing up for the event, while training I proceeded to blow out my knee. An Orthopedic Dr. deemed me to have osteoarthritis in that knee, and recommended PT and chiropractic care. Dr. Dave and team to the rescue!!! We started dry needling in conjunction with my adjustments to treat my knee which provided immense pain relief. At the onset, I was barely able to walk my dog around the block, and over the course of months, I was able to not only walk the dog, as well as run/walking a 10K on the weekends for training. Since my registration for my running challenge in November was non-refundable, I was determined to find a way to safely complete this event. What I appreciate most through that process, is that Dr. Dave and his team NEVER dissuaded me from my overall goal. They cheered me on with each improvement reported, saw each set back and continued to look for solutions, and took my care seriously. They were members of MY team, and I could not have completed that event successfully without them. I continue my care Chiropractic Center of Erie, because I appreciate the natural course of body alignment and pain relief, as well as the diligence of this practitioner, his team selection and how he chooses to run his practice to provide his patients optimal care.

I understand that doctors have the right to refuse to provide service (based on the insurance). However, sure would have been nice for someone to call and let me know. At a minimum, send me a letter. Instead, after living in excruciating pain for 2-weeks without so much as a call, I phoned to be told that Dr Wagner doesn't accept my insurance. REALLY?! What happened to customer service? Just goes to show that the world continues to go down the drain and doctors are right there too.

The moment I told them I wanted a second opinion elsewhere, they canceled me as a patient as it turns out the new surgeon fix the problem. Bottom line I would never be sitting in this hotel room right now if Brain P Davis did his job, do NOT believe it's World class surgeon services. Regardless of his bowtie on or not and proceed with caution. Oh, and by the way, I'm still paying off those failed surgeries. Make sure you do your homework before seeing Brain P Davis.

I got checked in quickly and was immediately taken to the back for X-rays. My referring physician was suppose to send over my MRI results but they didn't. The office staff was able to look them up with no problem. I met with Dr. Possely and he was very caring and kind. He took a lot of time to explain the MRI results with me and the surgical procedure he was recommending. I felt confident in his care and booked surgery right away. Dr. Possley's assistant, Ashley, is top notch! She took care of everything from appointments, to insurance verification, and prior authorizations and everything was a breeze. I had back surgery on Friday and they did a fantastic job. I'm still in a lot of pain with a 6 week recovery and looking forward to seeing if this will help with a lot of my pain. Dr. Possley has great bedside manor and was able to perform my surgery with no complications, they made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, including medications. I'm sharing my experience in the hope it helps others make informed decisions…read more I initially had a positive experience at Boulder Regenerative Orthopedics. The first physician I worked with, Dr. Cummings, recommended starting conservatively with PRP and shockwave therapy. That treatment appeared to be effective--particularly in reducing tightness and scar tissue in my IT band. After that physician left the practice, my care transitioned to the primary doctor/owner, Dr. Mazzola. At that point, I was strongly encouraged to pursue stem cell therapy, which was presented as highly effective--particularly for healing tears and restoring function. Based on those discussions, I moved forward with the procedure, with the understanding that it could significantly improve my condition. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. One year later, after stem cell therapy, following the post-treatment protocol, daily PT, and deep tissue massage, follow-up imaging has shown no improvement, and in some respects, my condition appears to have worsened. In addition, the treatment was very costly and not covered by insurance, making the lack of results especially difficult. I want to be clear that regenerative medicine is a developing field, and outcomes may vary. However, I believe it's important for patients to have a balanced understanding of the limitations, uncertainty, and variability of stem cell treatments, particularly given the financial investment involved. If you are considering this route, I would strongly encourage: Seeking multiple medical opinions Asking for evidence specific to your condition Carefully weighing expected outcomes against cost There may be value in some of the more conservative therapies offered, based on my earlier experience. But I would urge caution and thorough due diligence before proceeding with more advanced and expensive interventions.

If you decide to wait for an operator, that's another 3.5 minutes, at which point, even if you gave them the name of the person THE FACILITY told you to call, they'll direct your call: a) back to the number you called, to start all over again b) to scheduling c) "another number" for the business office that leaves you hanging for another 10 minutes before forcing you to leave a message And we probably have a simple question. I shudder to think what it's like for patients with a complicated question that requires a complicated answer, trying to get it asked and answered over a series of emails. To the doctors (or private equity people?) running the practice: chronic high call volume isn't an excuse to erect barriers to care, it's a sign that staff is likely overburdened and needs more people.
