Amazing experience!…read more We saw a concert last night at Arlington Music Hall. This was our first time here. TICKETING We found the concerts we wanted to see on the Arlington Music Hall's website. Then we initiated our purchases online through their ticketing agent - Eventbrite. We got a confirmation via email from Eventbrite. TICKET SAVING We downloaded the Eventbrite app and were able to download our tickets into our Apple Wallets on our iPhones. Perfect! PARKING There is free street parking in front of and around the corner from the venue. There is a lot and ramps within a block or two that are also free. Winning! DOORs vs SHOW Our show start time was 8pm. Doors for this show opened at 6:00. We were not able to go into the theater portion of the facility until 7:30. We arrived around 7:00. LOBBY, BAR, SNACK BAR There were staff members in the lobby scanning tickets for entry and that went fast. You may stand in the lobby area to wait for the theater doors to open, but the space there is limited. Behind the lobby is the Bar and Snack Bar area. There are a number of small, round high-top tables to stand at and there are cushioned bench seats along two long walls to sit on. The Bar also has some tall chairs for customer use. We didn't buy any cocktails, so no idea on the cost but I've read that its reasonable. The Snack Bar has water, beer, soft drinks, candy, popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, bbq sandwiches and such. And the pricing is very reasonable vs any other live music venue I've been too. RESTROOMS The restrooms are located near the bar/snack bar. I found the men's room to be clean, have a number or urinals and stalls. Very functional. THEATER GENERAL The Theater has two entry doors, so two long aisles from back to front. The sound and light boards are located between the aisles at the back of the theater (between the entry doors). About 2/3 the way towards the stage, there is an aisle going across the theater connecting the two long aisles. There is a balcony. Unsure if/when it is used, how many seats it has or how to access it. STAGE The stage is quite large in width and depth. It has a very high ceiling which likely easily accommodates tall backdrop set pieces and curtains. SOUND I saw short linear array speakers hanging from the ceiling in front of the stage. There may have been some subwoofer modules on stage behind curtains - unsure. The sound was quite adequate for this space. Note too that the walls seems to be concrete or stucco, so pretty reflective of sound. The sound team seemed to do a great job of managing levels and EQs. LIGHTING There are various uplighting on stage, downlighting above stage, lighting at the ceiling maybe 40 feet out from stage plus spot lights, likely up near the balcony. Lighting was well done and that team was responsive to the entertainers needs as he called out from stage a couple of times. SEATING / AISLE DEPTH Wow the seating was really comfortable. Cushy and wide and with cup holders in each of the arm rests. The aisle depth at your feet was enough that people could pass by you without the need for you to stand or leave your row. CONCLUSION We been to a lot of theaters around the country. This one is quite comfortable. More so that many we've been too. We have two more shows booked to see here. Looking forward to coming back.

I hope this review finds you in good health. It's summer…read moretime and I highly recommend the Levitt Pavilion! It's easy to get to , there's plenty of parking and the music is free! They have a few food trucks such as the Flying Pig and J Gillian's. My father blessed me with a Grilled Cheese Brisket Sandwich, from the Flying Pig. It was a little on the pricey side, $10. However, the bread was fairly large with lots a butter. Such a a interesting combination I've never heard of. You can bring your own food, drinks and pets. Just keep your dog on a leash and no glass containers. The sound is great! They have screens on the side of the stage for a better view. Also, the camera man zooms in on the stage. The stage is surrounded by beautiful Vitex Agnus trees. The landscaping is well taken care of. The lawn is large with freshly planted grass. There's plenty of space so, bring your blankets and lawn chairs. There's a large sidewalk for dancing. The event is secured too. Police officers are on patrol. Bathrooms are large and clean and the pathway to the restroom is lighted. They also have a hand sanitizing station before you get to the restroom. Balcony seating is also available. Please, see information booth regarding that. If your looking for some free entertainment, I would definitely come here.

There was no one really directing the traffic in the garage. Finally get a spot and got to our seats right before halftime. The arena set up was . Literally just a dirt mound in the middle and that was it. Paid $200+ to watch them jump back and forth on a hill... It seems like none of them we're even trying to put on a show except zombie who was the only one to do the back flip, which was the only other thing to do besides hop back and forth on the dirt hill. My kids loved it as it was their first monster jam show, but in my experience this was pure laziness all around. I'll find something else better to do with my children for this type of $ next time. Not to mention it was $25+ for a water, pop, and popcorn. Oh and if you wanted a little monster truck souvenir , that's $15, a bigger version is $35. You can go to Walmart after and get 3 trucks for the price of 1 there. Shirts were $30+, a hoody was $60. What a joke.

Our company provided each guest with three drink tickets, and many attendees -- including ourselves -- happily purchased additional drinks beyond that. Unfortunately, our experience with most of the bartenders was disappointing. We visited two different bar stations, and several bartenders came across as rude or uninterested, almost as if serving guests was an inconvenience. This stood out especially since the event was a large private rental, and guests were continuing to spend money throughout the evening. That said, one bartender truly made a positive impression -- Analilia. She was friendly, welcoming, and had an amazing attitude that completely changed the experience at her bar. She provided the level of service you would expect at a venue of this caliber. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoyed the event overall thanks to the atmosphere, food, and entertainment. I hope management recognizes team members like Analilia and works to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience across all bar stations in the future.

What I wanted was the mango beer that was on tap but both kegs were out. Not sure if it was a barback failure or an inventory failure. I ended up getting a blueberry beer which was ok. The bartender was really cool about it. The atmosphere was good. I did hear at the front hostess stand that there was an automatic 20% tip added onto the bill if you sat at a table. That to me is some crazy.
