I am a retired mechanic of 70 yrs old but I still have my own tools and started finding problems after their service work, first the rattle - they had lifted her car on the rear catalytic converters and partially crushed the interior membranes on both sides of car, next problem - check engine light - scan revealed issue with EVAP system which the issue was found to be 2 wires inside a rear wiring harness way above fuel tank and not exposed to external damage were cleanly cut with dikes that had left tool imprints on the wire. After repairing what these people destroyed purposely and them deliberately causing repairs to be needed, I believe they're in business to cause cars to need repairs for their own benefit ie even other shops are aware of progressive auto care's practices and they've reported to customers to be warned. I can see why they're not involved with the BBB, folks these people are dangerous and give real mechanics a bad overview.
