I had reasons to question the offer I received, and to my surprise, Wilson gave me every reason to go with that offer. The rational he offered for why he would tell his brother or best friend the same thing was revealing of someone who was more interested in being straightforward and looking for what is best for me. If this is the way they approach a cold call, asking if they could do better than the offer from my present lender, the sense of integrity and straightforwardness alone was impressive.
