I used this company to clean area rugs in my home. The machine used was faulty and leaked water onto my hardwood floors and warped some floor boards. I called and spoke with the technician who performed the service and he let me know John, the supervisor would contact me within 10 minutes. John did not contact me and no one has responded to a subsequent message I left. I do not recommend this company, as the damage to the wood floors and lack of response for a remedy is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

Carpet cleaning at it's best. I called Friday and had an appointment set for Monday morning between 10-12. Was assured that someone would call before they were to arrive. High noon, nobody was here, nor did I receive a call. I texted John, the person I scheduled my appt. with, he called immediately and said someone should have called and was surprised that no one had contacted me. I understand, stuff happens! :D John said that if the scheduled technician was not there soon, that he'd have someone out there by 1: at the latest. Shortly there after I received a call from Qea, stating he'd be there at 1:10. Qea arrived, was courteous and friendly. I showed him the areas that need to be cleaned (we made sure the floor was free of any obstacles and moved some furniture to have the clearest access to all the areas, efficiency is where it's at!) Anyway, after Qea assessed the carpet, he suggested a deep clean, gave a price quote, really good price for the amount of space he needed to clean. The carpet looks great and feels practically new again. Thanks Qea! The total time took about 2 hours, 1.5 hours hard work cleaning of the carpet, other time was filling the machine or dumping out the dirty water. When I called he said "nobody showed up or called .. the service should have already been completed" well yes it should have considering I had someone waiting at my house for 3 hours ... "let me get someone out ASAP" at this point no thanks no respect for customers time .. bad for business. read more

I needed a Moveout cleaning and carpet wash for stains for my townhouse of area 1250 sq ft. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Booking the cleaning with Metrogreen was the worst cleaning experience I've ever had. The guy named Jonathan was full of lies and untrustworthy. He kept on giving false information about every thing he spoke about. I had the appointment scheduled at 10 AM, but the guy(just one guy) showed up at 3 PM. He had told me $250 for Moveout cleaning and carpet wash, but he told me it would be $450. Finally i had to cut down carpet cleaning for my bedrooms and bring the bill to $350. He said couple more cleaning guys are on the way and will be in 30 minutes. Guess what, one guy who does carpet wash showed up after 2 hrs. No one else showed up after that. I realized this guy didnt want the actual cleaning guys to come so that they culd sare the money. So just two carpet wash guys trying to clean a townhouse as well!!! He said i have to pay the money upfront. So I did. And he said it will take 3-4 hrs to complete everything. He said it will be done by 8 or 9 PM. But the cleaning went on and on and on and on. Everytime I asked him, he kept saying 2 more hrs. He was even trying to send me away as it would take long. He said he can call me when it is done. But I didnt trust him. So i stayed. The cleaning went on and on and on. Finally it was done at 11.30 PM !!!!! 7 hrs of cleaning!!! would you believe that... I was exhausted waiting..Both have cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms well. But nothing else in the house. Carpet wash didnt clean away the stains. Window blinds were not cleaned, Door were not cleaned. Wooden floors not cleaned properly. Cobwebs not removed. Guesss what, after they left, I had to clean all these myself for another 2 hours at midnight. I had to give away the keys before morning, so had to stay and clean. I didnt want the community management to charge me for cleaning again. The experience was totally worse and i never expected it to take until midnight when I had originally scheuled for 10 AM!! read more

I can not tell you how satisfied I am with MetroGreen. I was moving back in with family into a basement apartment that I lived in 10 years ago. I don't know what happened in the last 10 years but OMG I was not prepared for the mess that awaited me. My cousin warned me but the damage and dirtiness was beyond words. There were pet stains all over (like really bad) and although nobody admits to it I think my nephew smoked in the basement. Also there were rust stains on the carpet and there was a "scent" to put it nicely. The basement is pretty big. The mess that the carpet cleaner and I found was beyond my wildest dreams. I wish I took pictures of the before and after. In a little more than hour Metro Green Carpet Cleaners worked some dang magic. The carpet is cleaner than it ever was before. For a large room and a magic carpet cleaning it was $170. Service was fast, friendly, and professional. I cannot say enough good things.
