Dr. Rabbin simply said some people have this and there is nothing we can do about it. After seeing the new dermatologist in Denver months later she appropriately diagnosed it and they were gone in TWO days! I'm psyched. So sadly, I had to lower my rating for Dr. Rabbin being that 2 out of the 3 things I was seeing her for that she could not help, were fixed in a matter of one visit to a new doctor.

The office is beautiful, clean and with comfortable furniture. They also have mini fridge with bottled water, seltzer, and I think ginger ale ( if I'm mistaken, please correct me so I can update my review), and a tray of mints. There is a Keurig machine and they served a variety of teas (no caffeine before a doppler ultrasound). The medical reception staff were efficient, the radiology technician was patient and helped me adjust my legs when I felt fatigue and discomfort. The physician I had the consultation answered all my questions and re assured me that my veins could be repaired without any invasive procedure. My next hurdle is hoping my insurance approves the procedures and I'll have my legs back at least to 85 to 95 percent. Lastly, the staff sent me home with a sturdy canvas bag that had a nice metal water bottle, lip balm, hand sanitizer, folder with treatment notes and information about the various conditions, and sheet with all they types of procedures performed to treat them.

The doctors all have made me feel comfortable and I've had the best visits ever. Even Pap smears are comfortable. I've never been to a doctor and felt so listened to until now and each and every provider makes me feel that way. I've also gone to the Williamsburg and soho location and enjoyed it at soho and how close it is to the train and stores. They also very helpful and accommodating. I've been late once at both locations and they were able to waive the fee for me and accommodate me to see the provider the same day at a later time. I didn't mind that after the travel to get there from the Bronx, especially when I'm normally on time. Lastly, since I've been listened to, I've felt much more comfortable during my monthly weight management appointments. I have lost over 50 pounds in a year with the help of the great providers and the referral to Nourish for nutrition. I can't wait to reach my goal of losing another 30lbs with the help of ask Tia.

I called my mother who lives nearby and she brought him back there and the doctor refused to come out to talk about it. Last week, a request for a referral was emailed to them, they responded that the request would be forwarded to the authorizations team. Yesterday (6 days later), I get a call from the doc we requested the referral for. They don't see the authorization (appointment is today). I immediately emailed the office (it was after 5). It's 9:58, no response. They don't pick up the phone. I called the Adams Street office and they took care of it immediately, since nothing was entered into the system. I've had experiences with 3 locations. LIC and Adams Street has been great. Smith Street is a no go.
