Complaining about me when I have my whole family as a witness to my aftercare. This Smith was so nasty and sarcastic that I had to cry out of frustration. Truly a horrible experience since the very start. I wish clinics like this carefully choose who works there because people like this will only make a business unliked. He was more concerned about my weight rather than just giving a follow up. I repeated that I am concerned for the color, but he just wasn't letting me talk and refusing to listen. He was accusing me of not wearing compression socks when I spent 300 dollars on them and wear them most of the week. I have lost weight and bought over 300 dollars worth of arnicare bruise gel. I have an in home gym that I use so I have taken my aftercare VERY SERIOUSLY. I have not had any positive results. I still have a swollen vein that's painful, and in addition now I have 2 hard black and blue bumps that have not disappeared after over 3 months. I complained to Dr. Banks about the black and blue bumps and he said not to worry about it. He then proceeded to schedule me to have work on my right leg, which didn't have any pain or visible veins on it. I canceled any subsequent appointments. Yet, they kept texting and calling me to schedule more appointments. I had to adamantly state that I didn't want to go back there ever again, and to stop bothering me. I am very upset. After spending a $30 co-pay for six visits for a total of $180, and downtime for healing, I am worse off than when I ever went there in the first place. I was shocked to receive a bill stating that they charged my insurance company $18,000 for this useless treatment. They paid 1378.32 wasted dollars. Please don't refer anyone else to them.

After the link didn't work at the set time, I found out by calling (they didn't even notify me) that this appointment was randomly rescheduled for 12/2. Luckily I was off this day and didn't move any important dates around, because even after confirming my appointment (before the rescheduled time) early afternoon on 12/2, I again received no link for the consult at the set time. I called shortly after the scheduled time, only to be notified by the receptionist that "the Dr. was in a procedure and a receptionist would be contacting me shortly when he was done." 3 more hours go by, and still nothing, so after calling back again twice (the first time I was hung up on/disconnected), I was again notified by a receptionist that they were "emailing the Dr. to find out what happened"...so here we are at the end of 12/3. Still no phone call. Not even an email to let me know what happened, or if my appointment was rescheduled yet again. During these trying times, clients shouldn't have to chase medical "professionals" around for weeks trying to get an appointment or at LEAST some semblance of interaction to show that they at least care for your well-being. I will absolutely NOT be trusting my care to people who so blatantly disregard those who are seeking help. Would give 0 stars if possible...

The staff are professional & knowledgeable. Assessment might not be as thorough as I would like,but on procedure day, they exceeded my expectations. The only negative is wait time before a procedure. On the day of angioplasty, we were told to arrive at 1430. We came about fifteen minutes early & waited more than two hours before she was even brought back to prep! I could think of better uses of two hours instead of sit in the waiting room. Oh lest I forget, parking is a bear. They offer complimentary taxi service to & from your home on days you are undergoing any procedure. I suggest one utilize that or have to play the parking meter game(meters are MAX two hours).

The next one would've been six weeks away. My main complaint was that the receptionists were unaccommodating. Never did any one of them apologize for the mixup. I just decided that this was an omen not to make another appointment. Very disappointing!!
