It was a deep pain that felt as if it were in my bones. During this time I would frequently look online for a solution. Natural remedies never worked and I was always afraid to have a procedure and it going horribly wrong. One day I decided a consultation is just that, a consultation. I first met the staff at the New York Vein Treatment Center who immediately made me feel at ease. Afterward speaking with Dr. Khitin it was obvious that he was knowledgeable which was the deciding factor in my coming back for a procedure that was right for me. Ofcourse that nervous feeling the first day was there but I was quickly put at ease. My procedure was practically painless during and I had barely any discomfort after. I went in for the second leg without a care in the world and the truth is I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Dr. Khitin and his staff. Its been a month and I can say I look forward to maintaining my now pain free legs at the New York Vein Treament Center.

Everybody you meet there will be kind to you and of course you will show them respect!! i've been discharged because I've progressed well and my Medicare expired, but I will be going back early winter for more advanced therapy as my osteoporosis starts to reverse after my injection plan which starts within weeks. I look forward to seeing them again. Thank you HSS. I most highly recommend this world renowned HSS, Manhattan. I'm sure all the other branches are great also but I'm focusing on Manhattan because that's the only one I knowon 70th St., York Avenue. It's also right next to the actual NYP Cornell hospitals so very convenient and you can make two appointments same day! Wishing good health & blessings to all I've mentioned above plus Dr Brian Page and his ass't Brian also! Barbara T. UES

First, Sophia at the front desk welcomed me warmly, even though I was a walk-in without an appointment. She treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect from the moment I arrived. I was then brought into an exam room promptly and efficiently, where I met Jackie, the medical assistant. She was courteous, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Finally, I was seen by Vinnie, the physician assistant, who was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my options for having a cyst removed. He answered my questions, never made me feel rushed, and ensured I understood the treatment plan. The entire visit exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to encounter a team that truly cares about their patients and works together so seamlessly. Thank you, Sophia, Jackie, and Vinnie, for providing such outstanding care and excellent customer service. You are a credit to the Schweiger Dermatology team!

I honestly don't think they know what they're doing. Dr doctor gives me an injection into what is a supposed cyst. Pa tells me that's not a cyst an injection won't work. She barely addressed the problem that I came in for which was an allergic rash. I went home with a cream that didn't work and it continued to spread. When I tried to call to ask for help, it is impossible to speak through a human being. I had to leave a message and it's been more than 24 hours and nobody has called me back. So I went online and I found a dermatologist at General Medicine. He spent 30 minutes with me. He immediately put me on Prednisone and I'm finally feeling relief. I won't go back to schweiger. It's a waste of time and a pretty hefty copay with absolutely no results. Unfortunately schweiger is the only game in town. Go online and find yourself a dermatologist.

This place is amazing!…read more I've had a varicose vein on my leg for many years but didn't pay it much mind. A couple of weeks ago, it must've bumped against something and the entire thing swelled up and a large blood clot formed. I was in a lot of pain and nervous about what to do next. I did some research and found the Vein Treatment Clinic. I was able to get a very quick appointment which is impressive given we're in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. The staff took all the precautions to make sure safety protocols were followed and checking in was seamless. I met with one of the staff (Julianne) who was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through what to expect. Then I met with Dr. Juan Montoya who examined me. Both of them were total pros and really took their time to answer questions while giving me a broad overview of my problem and veins in general. I felt like I received an invaluable education. Going in, I was expecting the worst of course. Dr. Juan made me feel totally at ease and gave me assurances that he didn't want to do anything too overboard and that I'd be fine. I got a very honest and straight forward diagnosis. What more could you ask for? He gave me some tips on how to handle the injury and then they offered to do a broader Ultrasound to make sure things were ok. Truly grateful to have met with Dr. Juan, Julianne, and the team.

Exceptional Care at Tisch Hospital - Kimmel Pavilion…read more I am incredibly grateful for the care I received at Tisch Hospital's Kimmel Pavilion over the past week. I came to the hospital in a very difficult and frightening state with my health, and I was extremely nervous about my situation. From the moment I arrived, I felt that I was in the hands of people who genuinely cared about me and my recovery. The GI team was exceptional. The level of care, communication, and attention I received throughout my stay was truly outstanding. My doctors and nurses consistently checked in on me, listened to my concerns, explained what was happening, and made sure I never felt alone or unsupported. I especially want to recognize my nurses and care team Brielle, Luis, Carina, Andwele, Erica and Leah along with the many other nurses and doctors who cared for me throughout my stay. They were truly incredible. Their kindness, patience, compassion, and ability to make me feel safe during some very difficult moments meant so much to me. They went above and beyond not only in caring for me medically, but in making me feel like I was being cared for as a person. The GI floor itself is also incredibly well maintained clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to support patients during what can be an extremely challenging time. But what stood out to me most was the people. The entire team created an environment where I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I came into Tisch Hospital feeling very sick and scared about my future health, and I am leaving with a treatment plan, hope, and a clear path forward. I am so thankful to the doctors, nurses, and entire GI team who helped get me to this point. Thank you to everyone who cared for me and made an incredibly difficult week feel empowering. I will always remember the compassion and support I received here.

To this day, I have yet to have heard from this "professional" surgeon. Absolutely disgraceful. STAY AWAY!!
