Supposedly, they cater to restaurant customers only but I've seen plenty of retail customers there and never had a problem purchasing an item. The best time to go is probably in the daytime during the week. If you don't want to travel all the way to the warehouse district, they also run a website called buy4asianlife @ http://www.buy4asianlife.com/, which caters to retail clients and prices slightly higher than the warehouse location.

Staff are friendly, I only purchased 8 pcs of the container I need, asked for a little discount they said "if I remember it right" 12 pcs of anything you get, gives you 10% off. Parking is a lot. Staff are nice. TIP: They are located at the basement, I repeat basement! Inside wholesale store, do not make the same mistake like me on going inside the Galleria supermarket.
