The best time to go is probably in the daytime during the week. I wanted to support a local business while saving some money, but looking back, I should have spent more and purchased new equipment somewhere else. Mark, one of the owners, helped us purchase several big-ticket items, including a single-door Cooker & Cooler freezer. I now believe we paid far more than the unit was worth, but the price is not even the biggest issue. Only five or six months after purchasing it, the freezer began having problems. Before the sale, Mark assured us that if we ever had an issue with the freezer, he would personally come out and take care of it. He did come by to inspect the unit and told us he would order the necessary part. After that, we never heard from him again. We reached out several times but received no response. My advice is to learn from my mistake. Saving a few dollars on used equipment is not worth it when the seller does not stand behind the equipment or honor the promises made during the sale.

Staff are friendly, I only purchased 8 pcs of the container I need, asked for a little discount they said "if I remember it right" 12 pcs of anything you get, gives you 10% off. Parking is a lot. Staff are nice. TIP: They are located at the basement, I repeat basement! Inside wholesale store, do not make the same mistake like me on going inside the Galleria supermarket.
