Flash forward two years later and I had no idea just how much my own life would improve from working with them. It's clear to me now that you can't have the former without the latter! This work isn't just about improving one's sex life or relationship with a beloved; it's about improving the ability to be radically present with each passing moment in this all-too-short life in order to live it the way we truly desire, free from the cyclical patterns of our triggers, traumas, dramas, and mental stories in which we can lose ourselves. Here you will receive all the tools you need to breathe through those things and flatten the impact they have on your life so that you can consciously bring new things into it instead of just repeating old, unhelpful patterns. Tantranova has helped me begin to create the life I truly want to live and get what I truly want out of it. Period! I have recommended them to many of my clients and actively encourage their work to all who I feel are ready for this type of change in their lives.

When I first heard Dr. Elsbeth Meuth and Freddy Zental speak, I knew I had found a home where I could perch myself for some of the most deep, transforming work of my lifetime and they never disappoint! With their teachings, I have transformed every aspect of my life; I've found more intimacy in my 34-year marriage and melted the parts of our marriage that had been wedging us apart. I am in the process of re-branding my coaching business to make an even bigger contribution to my clients by supporting them to tap into their own life force energy in ways they didn't know was possible to transform their personal and professional results and satisfaction. I'm now working at a pace that moves my initiatives forward steadily rather than feeling overwhelmed and always behind. I've melting 48 excess lbs. of fat, I had packed onto my body due to things I'd been supressing for years and when all previous attempts had failed. I've found my natural balance and rhythm in my day-to-day activities that gives me MUCH more joy and freedom. It has not always been an easy journey but it has all been well worth my time and effort! When I read Sexual Enlightenment, I thought Elsbeth and Freddy were giving away too much in a book! They are so generous and so committed to the work of TantraNova.com to help people like me live more enriching lives, I thought they had gone overboard! Of course, there is nothing like experiencing the work first hand in a workshop with Elsbeth and Freddy there to coach you, so I guess I'm being a bit over protective of their generosity. If you're a student of life and want to dive into the work that will transform you life too, this book is a great place to start. It is written so a novice or a veteran of Tantra can gain from the experience. And, if you love the book, you will love their training and I highly recommend attending any or all of their programs to delve deeper into your personal journey of self discovery and self-expression. Elsbeth and Freddy write like they teach. And, DO THE PRACTICES they recommend. They are only about 10 minutes each and while they may seem almost too simple, they are all VERY powerful! I promise, you will be amazed at what you start to tap into if you do the practices with regularity. In some ways, I think the word "sexual" is charged or scary to some people. And, while our life force is sexual in nature, there are many dimensions to sexual energy. If you have any trepidation about Tantra, this book will really help to quell your fears too. It is a gentle and respectful approach to Tantra. Dive in, transform the elements of your life that don't work as well as you'd like them. Read this book. Sign up for a course, if it is within your means to do so. Enjoy your life to the fullest! Happy transforming!

I would agree with another yelp review I saw that the name maybe implies that there is a process you go through before you begin creating your art, so my only suggestion would be to maybe have a little pre-work meditation or light yoga session. For some reason, that is what I had envisioned when I read about the class prior to attending. Besides that, I thought that Terry, the owner was passionate and genuine and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. had I have very little to no experience in creating art or painting of any sort, but I found this experience to be rather enlightening. It was a great time to myself to sort of get lost in my painting; which may not be very good but I'm quite proud of the end result and the opportunity I had to create it. I'm still not 100% clear on what the end result is supposed to be from a course like this, but there is no direction and I am generally not into such lack of instruction but all in all felt that this was calming, soothing, and an interesting departure from my typical hobbies. I certainly recommend this to anyone looking to find a little quality "me time."

What I walked into was a 'victory celebration'-- every 3rd Friday, Creative Changes hosts a potluck/BYOB informal gathering for anyone who feels like stopping by. After a long week, it felt great to be greeted with wine, crackers and cheese, and eventually, a pizza from neighboring Trattoria 225! What happens during a victory celebration? You take a moment to unwind, relax, and articulate one accomplishment, big or small, that you're proud of. The studio itself is really cool-- the walls are splattered with paint and you can just feel the creative energy all around. I admitted that I'm not at all artistically inclined, and was told that this studio is for people exactly like me! Here, they celebrate the process of painting, which includes letting go of inhibitions and painting as if you were a child. In addition to process painting, they offer meditation classes, bike-tune up clinics, and other educational and holistic programs. Check out the studio's online class/event schedule for more information!
