Service: Re-keying the house we just purchased. We purchased a 1949 ranch in North Portland. It has four exterior doors with both original locks and dead bolts. We had keys for some of the doors, but not others. In addition, the front door lock was loose and difficult to use. Lance and Mike arrived on time. They quickly reviewed the situation and set to work. They replaced cylinders for the locks that didn't have keys and re-keyed all the locks to fit a single key. They supplied us with two masters and several copies. I am beyond pleased with the service provided by Lance & company! I needed 2locks re-keyed, new hardware installed, and a previously used lock set installed in my back door. There was an issue with one of my original locks not being compatible with being re-keyed to match. Lance told me ahead of time, so I could have a new set purchased and ready to go.
