    CenterPoint energy has been doing construction outside my home for the past month. While we were…read morewarned of the disturbance, we weren't warned that it was going to shake out entire home and break several irreplaceable valuables. The shaking has been so much that things have fallen off the walls and shelves in our home. Beyond that, the workers have no issue sharing their political stances and thoughts while working. We are queer home and have pride signage outside. The workers were loudly saying profanities and mocking our home while our windows were open so we could hear them. Another worker has a massive pro- Trump sticker on the side of their vehicle and he's now started parking it directly in front of the entrance to my house. I didn't know that center point was now advertising political stances. But I no longer feel safe going in and out of my home. This behavior is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.     Customer care with Home Service Plus is terrible. The techs are great, but the CS rep had no…read moreempathy, was rude, and would not accept the feedback that the payout for appliances isn't even covering 1/3 of some of these appliances. They need to increase the payouts, or it does not make sense for customers to have this service. When it's cheaper for me to buy a new unit than it is to pay HSP and still have to pay 75% of the new unit, no one wins.
