Amerigas will rip you off and has many hidden fees and terrible customer service. They allow old outdated tanks to continue to be in use and will charge you over $400 just to pick up a small tank. They also charge a $150 line inspection fee every time they fill your tank. If you have an issue you will not speak with anyone local, the customer service is overseas and not able to resolve issues or questions. I would not ever use this company again and I believe they take advantage of people with hidden fees and cost. read more

THE WORST customer service and pricing. Shoot me for not doing my homework before I chose Amerigas as a residential supplier. Found out after switching to AmeriGas as a residential customer about 2 years ago (near Brainerd, MN) that Amerigas constantly adds on charges, and prices are as much as 1/3 higher than competitors. Pulling their tank next month when a new tank is delivered from another supplier. Examples of the charges - EVERY delivery, $13.99 HAZMAT charge (competitor - none); every delivery $9.99 fuel recovery fee (competitor-none). 08.01.23 propane delivery price was $2.81/gal. (competitor, $1.66 at the same time); Amerigas recently added a radio monitor that you must rent nto measure consumption (some thing I expressly did not want because I do not need it- $11.99 month) Customer service for Amerigas-none local-always sent to out-of-the country switchboard that has no idea what they are doing (don't blame them, they have never been trained and are not given any useful information - a total waste of time and very frustrating!). Competitor- always local assistance with personnel that can understand your need and take care of business. When management was contacted he stated they are making "incremental changes" which I heard over one year ago and realize that will never happen (i.e. overseas call center). He stated they do not want to loose me as a customer so he would credit me .50 cents a gallon for the August delivery although they charged more than $1.00 more than their competitor and also had various add on charges for the delivery that their competitor does not. read more

Providing electrical power is a business and they have to charge for this service, if they don't they will not stay in business for long. Because of what I was going through I was having financial problems, however when I finally went in and explained what was happening they bent over backwards to help me. Erin, Tami and Julie O were phenomenal. They DO understand sometimes people get caught in circumstances beyond their control and want to work with you. And Julie V...she is a shining star in the darkest night. I can't say enough about her other than, "So Julie, do you like Chinese food?"

I…read moreused Yelp to get estimates from several window companies and these guys had the lowest price, best reviews and an A+ rating from the BBB. They replaced 12 picture windows in a 1950's house, which required quite a bit of interior trim. I had to wait a number of weeks for the windows to be fabricated. Once they were built, they scheduled installation and everything went right on schedule and was done in a day and a half. The interior trim did need some caulking but I did that, and painted the trim myself to match the rest of my interior. The outside colors coordinate well with my house colors. 100% would recommend this company and may use again for more windows.
