I got her as a…read more9 month old puppy, and she immediately made short shrift of my entire, 25-year-old (pretty rotted) perimeter fence. Not a small job, and an emergency one, because she LOVED running around the neighbors' yards. Lucian and his Dad braved the elements on extremely short notice, and built an entire new fence (mostly in the rain) for a great price. They gave me lots of upgrades, like unknotted wood, and thicker footers, and were incredibly fast and efficient. Its beautiful. That should have been enough, but - no - then my about six months later my back neighbors got their own Bernadoodle puppy, and the two dogs decided they didn't want a fence, so my pitty figured out how to pound her head against the boards until they bowed, then get her jaws on the wood, and tear through it. Lucian agreed that metal roof panels attached to the back fence would probably work (either that or an electric cattle fence), so he and his son came back out with the panels, cut them to fit, and spent a day attaching them, which - it turns out - is not as easy as it sounds. Again, quick service and excellent value. This family business, NW Modern, is fantastic, and I highly recommend them. And yes - it appears the metal roof panels are working!

I called 3.30pm on a weekday (which their Yelp hours say, they should be open at): I asked if I reached the Powell location; was not given an answer, instead immediately asked for my name/number - makes me afraid I called a wrong number, and reached a scam (no normal employee during biz hours, and they don't even know what state the biz is in)! Would be better if they would just have an old school answering machine... why pay someone, who can't do anything more than a cheap machine from 1995 (including not even able to answer where biz is located)? I gave up and went down the road to Mr. Plywood (they answered their phone during biz hours).
