I'm so glad I did because they were the first company that fully understood what I needed, created a functional and sturdy design that also looked great, and remained professional and responsive throughout the entire process. Within days of my initial inquiry, they sent someone out for a free estimate despite the distance. Juan, who completed the estimate, listened to all of my requests and concerns and was highly responsive to all of my follow-up questions over the following months before deciding to go with them. The finished fence completely exceeded my expectations. The crew was professional, polite, and incredibly detail-oriented. My neighbor, who builds and renovates as a hobby, was so impressed by their attention detail that he came outside to watch them work. He said their precision and technique was absolutely fascinating and that he would use them them to work on his own property. The day-of, there was a small scheduling mix-up and the owner, Sam, called me himself and resolved it directly with patience, consideration and care. Overall, Semoore Fencing clearly takes pride in their work and providing top quality services. Their commitment to professionalism was felt from beginning to end, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

While I wish the repair had been covered under warranty (or at least the charge clearly communicated beforehand), the company was responsive and the work was done.

Dan sends Chris (his brother) over to my house to screw the gate back into the split wood. Gate is screwed in & left with a large gaping area at the bottom. Chris confirms it is, in fact, a Beverly fence & that the posts do need to be replaced. I express my unhappiness to Chris.
