I made an inquiry with this company for pricing. The response was quick with pictures of bins and pricing. I was then chased for several days to book it, which I did. I was told the bin would arrive by 11, so I arranged labour to fill it. The bin didn't show so I was out money for labour. I canceled. I was then promptly called back and told I would have the bin for $50 less and would it have it for a week. Within two days I was being hounded for the bin back. Their communication is horrible. They were supposed to call an hour ahead of drop-off but they just showed up, they dropped it off on time but they kept delaying pick up when we needed it gone from our driveway. They didn't care at all. Their pricing is a scam, they are not flat rate, after they pick up your bin they will charge you a whole lot extra for the weight. This guy is a crook. I made a deal to buy two of his 40 yard roll off boxes. I sent a transport company to pick up the bins for me and he sent them back to me with 35 and 30 yard boxes. They are not the ones that he agreed to sell me. The photos he sent me were BLUE bins and in great shape, the ones he sent me were RED and Baby sh*t yellow. I asked him if there was any rot or holes in the floors, he assured me they were in great condition. The bins he sent are rotten pieces of Sh*t and lots of holes in the floors. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY FATHER AND SON SCAMMER. Very unprofessional and the worst customer service. Add states 24/7 service but they do not work till late. Delivery is never on time and pick up is days late. I had so many problems with them from the very first day. I asked for a bit and changed the size to a larger one an hour later. A week past and they delivered the wrong size bin and told me I changed the bin size to late. I also repeatedly asked them to put wood under the bin so they don't scratch my driveway and what do they do NO WOOD AND THEY SCRATCHED MY DRIVE WAY!!! The father has no idea on he financial side of the business because I called them asking why my credit card was charged twice and he kept telling me I will ask my son when he comes home from school. I had to call multiple times to get an answer and they finally told me they charged me twice because they thought I confirmed for another bin when I never confirmed or told them only asked for a price. I had to hound them to get my refund took them 3 weeks to send my money back and after I asked for my money they told me my bin was over weight and he will deduct it from my refund. I asked them multiple times for the receipt and proof of the weight and I never got it. I send them my correct email address but they kept telling me it is getting send to the wrong email. Buyers beware! TLDR: multiple charges, no refund, non-existent customer service. If you want your credit card to be charged multiple times and not get a refund or a reply to resolve the issues, this is the company for you! We got double charged for the bin, extra charges for being "overweight" (with no proof provided for the same), and all our efforts to contact them to resolve the issue have been in vain (multiple calls and texts over the course of 3 weeks). BEWARE! Do NOT use this nightmare of a company, they will run off with your deposit and never call you back about it! We have called a dozen times over two weeks now and all they say is call back later (and guess what, no answer later!) Always "on the road" too busy to answer us or to RETURN OUR DEPOSIT MONEY. Last they said to us was stop calling and hung up... Wow very professional. Flat rate as per Kijiji ad... but fail to mention a "deposit" that they keep and throw tax on top of it all... Complete waste of your time! Originally promising same day delivery I ended up getting nothing after 3 days. Each day started with claims the driver was on the way to deliver the bin asking to standby for confirmation. Sending messages and postponing bit by bit until late afternoon so you won't order a bin somewhere. Each day ended with some random excuse and another promise to deliver it again first thing in the morning. Same scenario for all of 3 days all while I was sitting in a house full of trash unable to get rid of it. Called to get a quote to have a bin delivered. On the ad they said they deliver to York. When I called, they told me they don't do that area. They called back and when I answered questions of what I was going to use it for (shingles to redo my roof) and where to drop off (front of yard since our driveway and garage is not attached) they hung up on me. Called for a bin to be delivered on Thursday May 30th, 2019. Was then told to text details. Sent the text with instructions to have bin delivered on Thursday afternoon. Waited until 730pm. No Bin. Called their number, was told they would call me back in 10 to 15 mins. Never called back. i called back, many times as no one picked up my call. I am pretty relentless so kept calling. Finally someone answers and says "call back tomorrow " and then hangs up. I of course want an explanation as to why the bin wasn't dropped. I keep calling, only to be hung up on. As the person answering the phones was getting more verbally abusive I advised that from no on calls would be recorded. I called him again. He the asked if I spoke English and hung up. So I called back. He then asked if I spoke F***ing English then hung up. I called back. Many times as I wanted to find out what the deal was with the bin. I was told that they were going to call the police, that I was a motherf***er and was askef if I would like to be f**cked up the ass. Another person called me back. Finally explained the situation with the bin. I said I would not deal with them until I received an apology. The original gentleman called me back. Offered a half ass apology, and when I questioned him as to why he acted that way or what happened with the bin, he simply Stated that it would be dropped off tomorrow and Hung up.
