The deep red colours ran, the leather backing separated, the once beautiful rug ruined without the decency of a return phone call. There was no offer of compensation once it became clear that the rug could not be salvaged. I contacted Fresh and Clean many times in the past year, but still, no response from this shabby unprofessional. I will take legal action for compensation.
