Do not come to Dr. Gary Simms' dental practice. Dr. Simms' ego doesn't correlate with his performance, he will blatantly lie to your face to make production for his office. Dr. Simms practicing for 23+ years, his nitpicks works instead of an overall review of your mouth. The wait time is reasonable, unfortunately for limited to poor service. The staff is rude, definitely not a people friendly environment. The assistant Sierra is rude from beginning to end, monotone voice, unenthusiastic demeanor, very unwelcoming. Sierra, herself giving dental advice with a mouth full of braces and tongue piercings, make it make sense. Just unbelievable. Mind the fact, the first appointment for new patients includes xrays and exams, cleanings are due at your next appointment. As a cash patient this is preferred for overall care. But unfortunately this office was very underwhelming when it came to service. The only plus were that digital xrays were provided. The office had 5 operatories with old broken down dental chairs, the room I was in the chair was broken and the x-Ray machine was wobbly. If you request a copy of your x-rays, they make a fuss and an ordeal about that too. I advise you to look elsewhere for dental care. This office was a horrible read more

Dr. Simms never went over the color and shape of my dentures or options of type of dentures. When I asked about other types of denture that I did researcher on he then tried to tell me about the cost of dental implants which I never brought up to him. My dentures at the top is uncomfortable and I am still on a soft food because of pain and discomfort. The dentures don't fit and moves when I tried to eat with them. read more

I received my partial from Metro, the time it took was very lengthy, had to call and get upset, Dr. Simms got on the phone and assured me it would be dealt with. The bottom partial was the same thing, I left a message for the doctor to call me back. didn't happen. He's a fair dentist, but treating his patients like they owe him something is not that good. He has the potential of being a great dentist, but the people he has working for him, and his inability to call patients back will be his down fall. Nobody is that good; with little to no customer service skills, and lack of getting back to patients will drag him down. PAY CLOSER ATTENTION TO YOUR PATIENTS!!!! read more

I had a scheduled appointment May 7th for 2:00pm. My dentist did not show up til 3:30pm. I checked in and showed the secretary my dental insurance card that had my name in clear letters printed on the card.I came in originally for a cracked premolar (2nd , top row). The dentist went into a spill about pulling my wisdom teeth and never mentioned anything about my cracked premolar. He was very rude and aggressive during my consultation tion. He used a hook like tool and pressed it into one of my cavities bottom row and yanked my head aggressively back and forth. Not to mention, he had repeatedly asked me if I was on my insurance or my parents which he would've know the answer if he asked his secretarial clerk at the check in desk. The dentist Dr. Gary Simms claim he was being to stern in order to provide me info on saving my teeth. He was completely unprofessional and I would strongly suggest if you're looking for a dentist office do not go here. They only want MONEY!! read more
