Well, I am so glad i was wrong. It was much more than that. Let's begin with the entrance. It was snowing and very unpleasant outside. The customer service person CAME OUTSIDE to greet us with the such a fun, happy tone. How could ANYONE do that in this weather?! The representative demonstrated such knowledge of the process and what to expect. She provided us with a tour! How could anyone be that excited about shredding?! The experience was FAST! You can actually watch it take place. There is also something of a speakeasy without the liquor (it was too early for us to get such a drink) at this place. I called Dan to come look at my 40 plus year old safe. The combination lock was giving me problems…read moreand would not open every time I tried to unlock it. He took it apart and made a few adjustments and said it shows a little wear but should work. At first it did work but then I was still having problems with it nop opening every time. I called Dan again and he came right out. He looked at it and decided to replace the combination mechanism with a brand new one. Ever since then the lock on the safe now works perfect. It opens each and every time. When Dan came out the second time and replaced the mechanism with a new one he did not charge me a dime. This man really knows his business and was on time both times he came out. I am very grateful to him and his knowledge of repairing combination locks.
