Safe Choice is a locally owned, family operated company based in Cleveland that has a large footprint within Cuyahoga County. The owner is a retired Cleveland Police Detective who, along with his wife and kids, work collaboratively with the City of Cleveland and local businesses alike in hiring competent professionals to address specific needs. Some of the venues covered by Safe Choice include the City of Cleveland Recreation Centers, the Agora, and the Goodtime cruises. If you're seeking qualified, well-trained professionals to provide armed protection to businesses seeking to avert criminal activity - Safe Choice is the right choice!

I never thought i could rate such a service with 5 stars, but this went above and beyond anything i…read morecould imagine. First, I was visiting with a friend in the greater Cleveland area and we needed to get some shredding done. It would never occur to me that a place exists just for that. Well, I am so glad i was wrong. It was much more than that. Let's begin with the entrance. It was snowing and very unpleasant outside. The customer service person CAME OUTSIDE to greet us with the such a fun, happy tone. How could ANYONE do that in this weather?! The representative demonstrated such knowledge of the process and what to expect. She provided us with a tour! How could anyone be that excited about shredding?! The experience was FAST! You can actually watch it take place. There is also something of a speakeasy without the liquor (it was too early for us to get such a drink) at this place. The room is completely zen, with beautifully kept interior. We could not have been there more than 7 minutes and it was done. Then, we had to go out and face the snow and we only wish we had more items to shred! Thank you for such a great experience and we definitely recommend this place for shredding.

He took it apart and made a few adjustments and said it shows a little wear but should work. At first it did work but then I was still having problems with it nop opening every time. I called Dan again and he came right out. He looked at it and decided to replace the combination mechanism with a brand new one. Ever since then the lock on the safe now works perfect. It opens each and every time. When Dan came out the second time and replaced the mechanism with a new one he did not charge me a dime. This man really knows his business and was on time both times he came out. I am very grateful to him and his knowledge of repairing combination locks. I would very highly recommend him if you ever need combination lock service. I am extremely happy that I called him.
