Fedex says the attempted to deliver on Saturdy, however my parents were home and no one attempted to deliver. Then Fedex says they will deliver Monday which is next business day and that did not happen. Called Monday evening and they confirmed it would be delivered on Tuesday. No delivery or even an attempt to deliver Tuesday. Called the help desk and they offered to have my parents drive 30 miles to pick up a package that I have already paid for to have delivered. Ended up just asking them to ship back to the sender. This is really a sad state that Fedex is in. Very unhappy customer. Also, I'm contacting the company I made the purchase from to let them know the run around Fedex is giving. Fedex, keep in mind that when you do not deliver as promised it reflects poorly on your company, but also the company that decided to use your service.

FedEx Freight worked together as a team over the course of 3 days to give me guidance on preparing the gear to get the best rate. They provided various used cardboard panels and did the ADMIN to ensure the best rate available. Also, they ensured the packing I did was sufficient to protect the gear from damage. Everything arrived in perfect condition and on schedule exactly as promised. Special "Thanks!" is extended to Nathan R. and all the team members that made my experience exactly RIGHT-ON!! I would instantly recommend FedEx Freight to anyone needing to move their possessions!! ( NOTE: I have NO personal ties in any way with FedEX to influence this message.)
