I stopped by the store today because I had a warranty exchange that I was told to pick up. I…read morestarted service with T-Mobile about a month ago and one of the free phones they gave me was a Motorola razor. The phone has never been dropped or damaged in any way by me yet one day about 2 weeks ago I opened it and there was a black dot on the screen with a pink light straight line going up to the top. I stopped off at the McHenry T-Mobile and they said that was an LCD problem that happens to all these phones. So I ordered a replacement under the warranty, I live in Riverbank so I have them deliver it to that store instead. Here's where the issues come in, Jossue was amazing he did everything he possibly could to try to help me including trying to get the warranty covered through Motorola themselves using the emi and the security code or number whatever you call it. According to my Motorola the codes for the emi and security are not even valid. So because of his help I would give a five-star experience to Jossue. Tenaya on the other hand was rude and obnoxious. Yes, I was upset that I had come all that way to pick up the phone after I had already gone to another store. It had been two separate trips and then I'm going through them not willing to give me the phone. I even asked could she contact the other store because their store manager approved the warrenty and the ones that sent it there and she said no.. she had no concern or consideration for what was going on and then stomped to the back with the phone that was supposed to be my exchange and said no now you're not getting anything go back to the other store. As a professional you have to understand that if someone has already driven to numerous places everything was set up for pickup and then the last minute you're being told that now the warranty that was abided by according to the person who set it up and send it to your store . I was simply trying to explain to her that if T-Mobile is giving out these phones or selling these phones with full knowledge that this happens to the screen which is what I was told that it happens all the time. Then they have to be willing to take the old phone or the phone that has damage on it and replace the phone. You also cannot give a phone out where the emi or security code doesn't exist that's fraud. And whether she likes it or not her job was to help solve that problem not be obnoxious to a customer. Sometimes a little professionalism goes a long way so thank you Jossue for doing your best and being professional. Tenaya I'd recommend you getting a job that doesn't have to do with people. Your customer service skills are severely lacking. Again I want to clarify that my rating for Jossue is five stars. He deserves to be praised. Due to Tenayas behavior I'm giving her a one star. I would give her a 0 if possible but that's not an option.

I work for a small non profit and a our IT guy recommended Wire Guys. We were completing a…read morerenovation project for our offices. All network wires needed to be done from scratch. Network wiring for 10 workspaces were done with 2 network ports in each station. We also upgraded our network rack which Wire Guys order for a very reasonable price. As for the technicians, all I can say is they were amazing. They were very professional, detailed oriented and on time. All of the work performed was done great and great quality. The technicians were friendly and accommodating to any request no questions ask. Our project was completed on time as planned and everything from the technical aspect of things were done great with no issues. We will definitely keep using Wire Guys for any work.

Have been in there twice and the "morning shift"completely ruined my account and experience with…read moreT-Mobile... along with other things... and I'm saying morning shift because when I call to ask them to correct their mistake, they won't give me names on who helped me this morning... (so childish) I was also lied to and told that morning shift wasn't there and that they had no idea who I was talking about... But then later she slipped and said well he's not here anymore anyway so she knew exactly who I was talking about and decided to lie about it probably because this man already knew he screwed up as soon as I left the store. Only reason I can't go in and fix it face-to-face is because I have sleeping babies here at home and this is a time sensitive issue because it involves porting a phone number that may be disconnected because the port was done incorrectly... When connecting 2 brand new phones, the man that was supposed to be helping us connected my child's phone as the primary account holder instead of mine so when I tried to go complete ports and make changes and adjustments to the account the same day I wasn't allowed any access because I was the secondary user" anything that could have gone wrong while switching phone companies did go wrong and I do not recommend T-Mobile to anyone. Honestly, you'd be better off with any other company.!!
