She walked me through the steps, explained the cost differences n i chose accordingly to what i needed. Atm im still dealing with all that fun medical debt so no super nova phone lol im happy with the 13th, it covers my needs n it mirrored everything from the cloud. Alex was kind and patient with me. One of the other staff gentlemen gave me a Christmas gift! It was a T-Mobile cup! So blessed! I would definitely recommend this store. Nobody tackled me when i came in like an apple store? Lol took less than 2 seconds n wam "hello welcome" very lovely n attentive experience. Would definitely come back.

Just because you are IT doesn't mean you can blow off customer service. 3.5 hours later I get a call-he is in St. Pete and what he was told he was doing isn't even close to what I called and said I needed. Update will follow. 3/20/17 UPDATE Last week someone from their office showed up unannounced to go over the disaster of last visit. He offered to take $90 off our $390 bill. Are you serious????You still want me to pay $300 for NOTHING???? As a favor, the tech offered to disable some of the background programs that seem to slow the older computers down. Yup, speed it up a bit but what he didn't tell me is that it was going to disable my ability to search for documents in my computer. Thank G*d for Google-I fixed it my own self. I was supposed to get a proposal last week for the other work we need done. Still haven't received it. Guess what?? Do you seriously think I am going to have this compnay touch anything my office again??? NOT!!!!! They must have a bunch of idiots that know nothing about computers as clients; because the reviews I read are a far cry from what I have had to deal with. Too bad you can't give a negative star.

After a couple hours waiting and pushing the stop button, we cut the power to it off. We love our indoor range / grill and use it often. We called Mr Appliance and they sent a technician out in a few hours. Ronald came when we were told he would. They even texted us when he was in route and included a picture of him. Nice. He was very friendly, masked and with shoe coverings. He quickly found that the main circuit board was bad. Since the range is 20 years old, and had seen a lot of pancakes, omelettes, steaks and the like, no surprise. But company no longer makes that model board. He said they would have the board rebuilt for $615. We paid the $99 service fee and decided to shop around. Lol. The closest range we found with a grill was over $6,000! So we called, he came back and removed the board. We were told it would take a couple weeks to be rebuilt. In the meantime we cook use the surface burners but not the grill or oven. Thankfully we have a toaster oven we use more than the big oven. Couple weeks later they called, board was in so they scheduled Ronald to come install. He did, and gave us a $99 credit for service call. We were so happy we grilled steaks for dinner and made pancakes next morning on the flat-top.
