This sales person, Júdice, approached and I told her about my problem and why I was at the store (to save all my pictures and videos in my laptop). She was already behaving very lousy, lazy, texting and talking on the phone, not really giving me any attention! This other blond person came and started sinking my photos and videos to my laptop. The lousy Júdice then told me I could switch my iPhone 6 for a 12. All I had to do was leave there my 6, DONT have ANY down payment and just start paying next month for the monthly fee. I found that very attractive and asked her to show me the phone. She, between playing on her phone and not giving me any attention, would show me what phones they had. It was then almost 5:30 pm and I told them I had to take a friend to the airport. She then said, ops, actually you have to pay now about 140 something today! I was like "you said I didn't have to pay anything now! I have to go take my friend at the airport, then we see this when I get back! I'll leave my phone here transferring the pictures to my laptop, since it's a lot"! I left and came back an hour later! My laptop wasn't connect to the outlet anymore, iPhone wasn't sinking pictures to laptop anymore... so I thought the transfer was done. By that point, they had already transfer all my pictures and apps to the iPhone 12. Then I asked her, "so what's really the deal for this phone?", she then had it ready for me to pay $160 something! I was furious! I was like "excuse me! You went from $0 to $140 something to almost $200! Seriously?!" "I don't want this deal anymore!" "You guys already transferes my pictures and videos to my laptop, right?" At that point, I was so países and told them to transfer everything back to my iPhone 6! This guy came, messed with both phones and said he transferred back everything! It was 7 pm, they were closing and I left with my phone still re starting. When I got home, all my apps were gone, and worse than everything, THEY DELETED ALL MY ALMOST 4.000 PHOTOS AND VIDEOS! Even worse! They never transferred anything to my laptop! Conclusion! I went to this shitty store, with all these terrible employees, lousy customer service, to save all my pictures to my laptop, and what did they do?! THEY DELETED EVERYTHING! I'm pissed! I went back to the store today and nothing was done! I deserve a COMPENSATION for this terrible customer service! They keep being lousy, horrible professionals! I called T-Mobile and also nothing has been done yet! I'm pissed and about to find a lawyer to sue this store, the employees and TMobile! Horrible!

Warning! Deceptive Practices!…read more My mom recently visited this T-Mobile location looking for a lower monthly phone bill for her and my dad. She was offered what seemed like a great deal--$90 per month--with the added bonus of two new phones. She was told she could swap out her current phone and only pay taxes on the second phone. Based on this information, she decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. However, the next day, she discovered that the promised price was not accurate. Her actual bill was going to be significantly higher than what she was paying with Verizon. Concerned, she returned to the store to clarify the discrepancy. The sales consultant admitted, "Oops, I gave you the wrong price." Unfortunately, by that point, the store had already taken her original phone, shipped it off, and left her with no way to return to Verizon with her original device. She ultimately had to go back to Verizon, but retrieving her original phone from T-Mobile proved impossible--even though she returned the very next morning. The store claimed it was already in the warehouse and out of their control. As a result, she now has to pay $150 ($75 per device) to return the two T-Mobile phones. On top of that, since she couldn't recover her original phone, she had to purchase a new one through Verizon, increasing her overall costs even further.

Is this a new method of business? By the time there is cash available means that the T-Mobile has problems and asking customers to take on the stores responsibilities and giving the responsibilities to the customer. That evening I realized I could no longer access my voice mail. I was on the phone with CS for over 2 hours and they finally figured out how to "band-aid" the problem, making it a 3 step process instead of just hitting the icon. Next day discovered I wasn't able to receive MMS messages. No more pictures of my grandkids? I don't think so! Spent another 3 hours with CS with a promise to get back to me within 3 days with a resolution. At the end of the conversation with CS, they stated that the salesperson JESSE was supposed to tell me that there was a chance my phone would lose some of its functionality when it was ported over. I was livid to say the least, as no one at the store mentioned that me. So now it's 2 days since this nightmare started. I went back to the store and asked to speak to my salesperson but he "no longer worked there". Asked to speak to the manager, HEATHER.I showed HEATHER my phone and told HEATHER that CS told me they were supposed to tell me that there could be issues with my phone. HEATHER looked right in the eye and said" I did tell you". HEATHER didn't even wait on me. I told HEATHER she was a bold face liar and someone would have to be an idiot to ACCEPT the fact that their phone could lose important functions if they ported over. My husband called the store several times and HEATHER refused to come to the phone. I don't know how HEATHER ever became a manager, she is immature and has a snotty personality. Glad HEATHER is not my daughter, I would be so ashamed of her. I finally received a call back from CS and their resolution was to "buy a new phone and if i returned the new phone there would be a $40 restocking fee.The next day, I switched providers and I went to the T-Mobile store in Valley Ranch and returned the phone I purchased for my husband. They were extremely apologetic and very professional. I discovered that the salesperson in Atascocita had charged me for a screen protector that I didn't ask for and charged me for a charger I was told was free. WOW!! The manager at the Atascocita store, SAMANTHA, is teaching her team to scam customers. All they care about is making a sale and padding your purchase. They will lie to your face and think nothing of it. A note about T Mobile Customer Service: All their call centers are in the middle east. You can't understand a word they say and they speak from a script. They don't care how you were treated at a store or how badly you are screwed. If you still want T Mobile, go to the Valley Ranch store. Good people there and they were horrified about my experience. Although a young lady at the Valley Ranch said she would have her District Manager, Ernest get in touch with me, he never did. Again, goes to customer service and lack of.

After speaking with customer service, they increased our credit line AND reimbursed us for one of the phones by issuing a credit towards our bill.
