Within 20 minutes of walking in the store, I had my new phone and had it set up, including downloading all of my apps and data from my destroyed phone's iCloud backup. Like so many people, both my personal and professional life is dependent on communication and data through my phone. It is never pleasant having to replace a phone that has been destroyed. But these folks were professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient, taking a lot of the sting out of my situation.

Verizon says TCC never put the deal in that way. Took 2-1/2 months to get my money back. TCC is considered a non-corporate store but they are heavily in with Verizon. Verizon sign is on their building and if you call TCC you're call may be re-directed to Verizon. Save yourself some trouble and just deal with the real Verizon store down the road.
