I took a broken phone in, and after barely looking at it and just trying to go through the automated tech support that I had already tried, the manager tried to sell me a replacement phone, but the most expensive one in the store! They were never able to fix my phone, and were not even able to order the replacement once I chose a less expensive phone. read more

Within 20 minutes of walking in the store, I had my new phone and had it set up, including downloading all of my apps and data from my destroyed phone's iCloud backup. Like so many people, both my personal and professional life is dependent on communication and data through my phone. It is never pleasant having to replace a phone that has been destroyed. But these folks were professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient, taking a lot of the sting out of my situation.

Verizon says TCC never put the deal in that way. Took 2-1/2 months to get my money back. TCC is considered a non-corporate store but they are heavily in with Verizon. Verizon sign is on their building and if you call TCC you're call may be re-directed to Verizon. Save yourself some trouble and just deal with the real Verizon store down the road.

Chris even made a post saying the bad reviews were a lie lol. I really felt bad for the young girl he left to "help" me and she was only doing what she was trained to. This happened in 2022 right after moving to Pendleton. I'm in their system so they know I got a full refund finally. Chris even went as far as begging me not to post anything negative or leave a bad review after he gave my money back. I lost money because he didn't cancel my phone and plan properly so I was being billed for two phones after getting a good deal with an actual Verizon store. Don't go here but rather go to the actual Verizon at HTC or Anderson. Actually never received a call from the owner for some reason. I'll have to follow up on that one.

On November 11, 2025 I ordered 10 boxes of CD storage. These shipped and arrived promptly. On…read moreJanuary 6th of this year I ordered 20 more boxes. The website reported the items were back-ordered, but would be "available" or shipped on the 8th. On January 20th I filed a case with Paypal, as there was no communication since the 6th of that month. My boxes shipped promptly then on the 23rd. BCW requested, via PayPal, that I cancel my case, which I did. I commented then it would behoove BCW to alert customers when items are late and they cannot honor what the website reports as in stock, or as arriving in a couple of days. Regardless, last week I decided to give them another chance and ordered 20 more CD storage boxes I was emailed by "Amber" that she is "reaching out as you have placed a new order with us . . . . We show a disputed chargeback from order #N-[deleted] from January. At this time, your account is currently blocked. If you would like to work with our Office Manager to un-block your account, they will need to discuss some details with you." Basically the implication here is that I did not pay for my previous order and thus "blocked" and would need to talk with the manager. I reported my records showed they were paid and I was never refunded (and I did eventually get the boxes), but I would no longer be ordering from them because of this experience. In response, the manager Jason agreed with me, and apologized. I explained that was too late to get me and my hundreds of dollars of business back, but that I would include his apology and response in my reviews of the company. And so, there it is. Your milage and patience may vary.
