    I have been a Internet customer of Excel for over 20 years. In the beginning(2003) it was an OK…read moredial up provider. A problem here, a problem there like ALL of them. I have a business website that is run using that email account. I have literelly tens of thousands of Cards out with a MyExcel address on them. My website uses the My Excel addess......I am a CAPTIVE to this companies VERY POOR SERVICE at this point. They change platforms/providers with NO WARNING and my email is SHUT OFF for sometimes WEEKS at a time. This has happened severzal times in the last 5-6 years as the company goes into a predictable 'DEATH SPIRAL'. I have been without email access for 2 days this time so far. NO ONE anwers at the published number, and there is NO TOTHER WAY to contact them that I've found. TAKE MY ADVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay as far away from this companies services as is possible. IF I ran my business like this, I'd be gone in 6 months or less..................NOT a HAPPY, SATRISFIED customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I got local phone service from AT&T. Then I got billed from Excel. They billed me for 12 months…read morewithout my authority by the time I realized. I called customer service (ordinary business hours, can't e-mail, not available online). Average wait to talk to someone: 7-10 minutes. First they tried to tell me that I'd authorized the charges. Apparently, they were billing someone else, then when they ended service, they just continued to bill when service was re-established with me. I ended service and asked for refunds. I faxed copies of bills to them. Was told I'd get a refund in two months. I'd follow up two months later, three months later, and they kept pushing back the date. A letter to the CEO didn't seem to help. Even contacting the BBB just made things more open, but not seeming any faster. FIVE months later, I got my money back. =(:() Don't deal with this company out of your own free will, from someone who had to deal with them because of its mistakes.
