    I have an iMac that had been down for nearly three years, which was the last time I tried many…read moredifferent things to get it up and running. The long and short is it crashed halfway through an OS update and hasn't worked since. Julian contacted me after a Yelp query - I figured I'd retry and was ready to ship this thing somewhere for repair (again, I tried everything before with no luck). After I explained what was happening, he said, "We'll get you up and running, Tony, don't worry". He heard me out and sent me step-by-step triage and recovery instructions, which worked perfectly. He called about an hour later to check on me, and I was beyond happy he resolved the issue; I didn't have to leave my crib, and it was done within an hour (after letting it sit for years). Everything worked perfectly. I have my computer and electronics handyman for all future work. See my review distribution. I'm very fair and will call out less-than-desirable service. Likewise, when someone earns solid recognition for professionalism and providing the service advertised - they should get a shoutout. Julian, you rock!

Julian was equal parts professional, and personable. I really enjoyed working with him.

    This location can use better staff. No sense of urgency or care. We've been loyal T-Mobile…read morecustomers for over 10 years, but I was charged for a SIM card and service that was immediately canceled in-store because the SIM card was incompatible with my phone. Despite the cancellation, and proof of cancellation. I later received a $117.37 bill from a collection agency. When I contacted T-Mobile customer support, they referred me to the Davis store where the purchase was made. The Davis store then directed me to the Woodland location, but they were not willing to help resolve the issue. I drove to Woodland, they told me that the Davis store needs to take care of this, and called the Davis store themselves- again, the Davis store was not willing to help, they told us there is currently no manager and they can't help. I called T-Mobile's help line again to ask if I could receive a credit if I paid the collection agency. The representative acknowledged that none of this was my fault, but still said they couldn't do anything to resolve the issue. "That it was out of their hand now!" I have a receipt for the cancelled SIM card order. I believe this is unethical, irresponsible customer treatment by the Davis store, T-Mobile, and possibly illegal.
