Popped on over here three times this weekend. Once to try a coffee, another time to grab an infused energy drink and this last time to have my dad try their coffee and snag another small coffee myself. I'm so glad I gave them a chance, I pass by every day. They're quick and friendly. All the drinks we've had have been delicious. They've got all their signage and drinks up and a QR code if you're in line waiting which is so helpful. When you pull up everything inside looks clean and well taken care of. Best coffee in Coos County! As a Local this is my go-to coffee joint. Metro bus staff is incredible to say the least. From there, quality customer service and knowledgeable baristas to their amazing coffee and beverages. I guarantee you won't regret stopping by. They really support the community, so much so, that a competitor in town was suggesting people patronize Metro instead of them because of a fundraiser Metro was doing for a little girl with cancer. Not surprised in seeing the reviews about rude staff. The Sunday staff was amazing. The girl today, the total opposite. While in the drive thru this morning, I was verbally disciplining my daughter after the girl took our order. I was in the passenger seat of our car and my daughter in the backseat. The employee had the audacity to come to her OPEN window and tell me to calm down or leave, saying she could hear me inside. Rather than close her window and mind her business, she lost this company a customer. read more

So the manager is sweet as pie, and apologized about the coffee that gave my friend palpitations. She seemed genuinely apologetic and gave me a card for a free cup that I gave to my friend. Save your time, money, and patience and go to Dutch Bros or anywhere else. They change the price of my drink daily. Happy hour is on Wednesday from 3-6pm. It's supposed to be all day Sunday as well. My drink regularly is $5.00 when it's happy hour it should be 1/2 price. It's always 3.75 or 4.25 or whatever the girls want to charge me. I put this on their Facebook page and it was taken down, I was asking to speak to the owner. I guess the owner cannot be bothered, they must be making lots of money when the girls like to charge what they feel like for your drink. Honestly the coffee itself is bomb, but what's up with the customer service? I literally would go all week every day, and every time I have experienced the worst customer service. Rude, and always messing my order up when it's the same every day. How many times does someone have to ask for whip cream, And still not get whip cream?! I dropped by this afternoon for a little pick-me-up, ordered a 16oz iced mocha and I must say, it was YUMMY!!! I had to wait almost 10 minutes for one car in front of me to get one drink or I would have given a 5 star rating.
