I ordered 4 appliances from Sears in Russellville, AR. Initially I was told that my refrigerator…read morewould take longer to arrive. The date was quoted as July 20. That didn't happen. Next was the 28th. My microwave, my dishwasher, and range arrived on the 28th. The store manager has been totally demeaning, unhelpful, and uncooperative. The range is 27 1/2" deep. I was told to do the measuring, so I did. I went home with a sales circular. I carefully measured the heights, width and depth. I wrote on the circular and even drew arrows to indicate directionality. On the range I put 23 1/2" for the depth. There were few appliances on the floor to see what I was getting.( I even had to start paying for these appliances before I had them.) When the three appliances arrived, the range stuck out 4 inches beyond the counter. Thus, I couldn't open the dishwasher far enough to pull out the bottom shelf. This problem caused the very wonderful young men who make deliveries and do installations for Sears to not entirely complete the stove or dishwasher installations! I hired a counter top company to cut 2 3/4 inches out of my granite so that the range could be pushed back as far as the cabinet would allow. That cost me 250$.When I called the manager, he told me his installers could not come back unless I paid another $150 for having to come back. According to him, the mistake on ordering the wrong size range was not his, "after all I, " he said, "ordered it." I am a single woman. I cannot install the stove nor move it into the hole nor install the L- shaped bracket that says it must be installed. With regard to the dishwasher, it's not fastened to the cabinet at the top. The manager told me the men couldn't drill into the granite. I told him I certainly hoped they wouldn't. There is wood under the granite though. i have pictures! I still have no refrigerator nor an estimated arrival date.

If I could give a zero Rating for customer service I certainly would. My cousin bought a…read morerefrigerator from them in February and it has never worked correctly no matter what. Sears has promised to order parts and replace them but the parts never came and are not available apparently. The service man has been here but can do nothing. They have asked for a replacement or their money back and the reply has been "there is nothing we can do". Really? This is a higher end refrigerator and this is ridiculous. Never never buy anything from Russellville AR Sears store! you have been warned.

I bought a dryer here yesterday after having a bad warranty experience with LG regarding my…read moreprevious dryer(it's taking months to resolve the warranty claim and LG promised to replace the dryer and now they're offering a refund in 7-10 business days after I waited several weeks for the promised replacement). The sales lady was very helpful and I walked out of the store less than 20 minutes later with a new Dryer for a great price. I have purchased 4 major appliances at this business and had a wonderful experience each time. Thanks!

If it wasn't for the financing and pressure about it, I'd be giving a five star review. In the…read moremarket for a washer and dryer, I wanted to support a smaller business. First off, the store opened late. That happens. The employee immediately acknowledged me and pointed out a great deal. I usually try to pay cash, though this is something of an unexpected move and the washer/dryer where I live now belongs to the landlord. When I asked about financing, she pointed out they use use a private firm and I'd want to pay it off in three months to avoid high fees. I explained I didn't know if I could do that or not, but did want financing. She kept pressuring me (politely) to pay in three months and could not tell me how much the month "lease to pay" would be other than "you should pay it off in three months." I started to fill out the application, then the form wanted my bank routing and bank account numbers. Okay - I'd have done some quick research to make sure this was legit only I do not carry checks. Plus, I'm reluctant to give it to them without knowing how much my monthly "lease" would be. I left and went to a "big box" store where I got a washer and dryer for the same price financed without having to hand over my banking account number - and at a lower interest rate. I sometimes do direct debit, though only after research. I also like to make more than the minimum payment. All that said, if I need future appliances and was paying cash, I would look here first.
