Worst company ever to deal with. Had vertical mill head rebuilt they picked up on 9-2-16 told me…read moreover the phone it was a $2000 job , was going to get it back to the shop and tear it down and have a quote to me on Monday and would have back later in the week. I didn't get the quote till 9-15-16 and it was $3378.18 . OK go ahead and do it , received final invoice on 9-30-16 for 3628.18 , $250.00 more than quoted. Another 12 days go by the bring head in and install and final updated bill is $4375.32, $747.14 more. On the day before they brought head back Jeff called said they were bringing out and never once said anything about additional charges.. I do not feel they were honest at all about repairing the machine the quote should of been dead on and not keep adding parts and labor as they go. I disputed charges on my credit card because the machine was worse than it was before they supposedly rebuilt it. Jeff tried to show up to my place of business with the police to try and disassemble my machine on site saying I didn't pay for the parts, even though I made several calls for him to make it right and repair the machine. I told him and the police To leave are me to court and that's exactly what he did was leave . He's a loose cannon trying to fight me in front of the officer because he did a terrible job . Then calling and threatening me sayin he was going to get his biker friends and kick my a** . This guys a loser stay far away from him and his company. Not to mention they get you for 4% credit card fees that they forget to mention to you. All in all it took them 42 days. I would stay far away from this company for any of your machine rebulding needs.

The team at the shop complete car care kept me and my family up to date and did ALOT of work in a prompt manner. If another reviewer suggested they do fleet work/contracts I have to say I'm not surprised. Their work was expedient and their manner professional. They treated me and my vehicle and its contents with respect, even taking extra time to go over the removed parts with me and explain the problem. The change in the vehicles behavior validates their honesty. In speaking with others the value to cost is in line or better than other shops in the greater Detroit area which is greatly appreciated as well.
