After recently going through a divorce, my auto insurance rates went up about 80%--more than the…read more10-20% price increase I was told to expect by my previous insurance agent. A friend referred my to Doug Wagner at Babbitt Insurance and I was thoroughly impressed with his level of service and commitment to getting me helped out. Doug's friendly and professional demeanor has made it easy to work with him. After I explained my situation, he shopped around different insurance companies using the same exact coverage options as before. When I ran into an issue where my motor vehicle record falsely stated I had some claims (they had belonged to my ex-wife), Doug worked with me to help ensure a fair and lower rate. In the end, going the extra mile in this way not only got me a great insurance premium rate (only slightly higher than before I got divorced), but this extra level of service has made me a fan. Because of Doug's honesty and commitment to helping people out, I highly recommend anyone looking for an insurance policy to give Babbitt Insurance a call.

Several weeks prior I asked him to let me know everything it needed, but he waited until the final day to say "I couldnt find it") BUT the most egregious oversight and "rushed" nature of his finish work... I was left without working turn signals and hazard lights! So far, into my second week, I am still getting by with my hand signals! Thank God I have a working headlight and brake light. Aaron, this could have been the most beautiful bike that has ever left your shop, but you rushed it, while deflecting and/or aiming the blame at me or other circumstances...again, to be clear, I DID NOT RUSH YOU. You would appear to have maybe rushed yourself, and lose some "street cred" in doing so... IMHO. SO...4.8 stars for satisfactory quality of "completed" work. 1.2 stars for incomplete "safety" work. Last time four years ago I left a five star review. I been a customer around 15 years. Since the owner Dawn retired this broker went straight to the gutter. As of late my insurance has tripled and the broker told me to basically suck it up and pay the bill. (2024) That she was not going to discuss where we could trip the fat because my one man company had gone bankrupt. They were charging me $33k a year. I switched to AmFam and right off the bat we got a trim and saving of $6k. If the owner of PHE wants this review removed get me a refund on the Travelers policy back to May 2025. Get an adjustment on the 2023-2024 contractors insurance policy as my company took a $300k decrease in income. Because that insurance was based on previous years earnings.
