Before I set up automatic payment, occasionally I would miss a payment. An actual local agent would call me and remind me, take my payment over the phone and they are always friendly. Now comes the best story I have. On Friday, after business hours, I was in an accident. I was scared, unsure of what to do, and didn't have my most recent insurance card with me. I called and it went to the State Farm number and I was on hold for a long time. I hung up and called again, and who picks up, Dan Knoll himself! He was so nice and reassuring and told me what to do. His first question was if I was ok. I felt so much better, and am still amazed you can still get this kind of service, from the owner, after hours, no less!
