The estimate got postponed 3 times…read more The estimator called me the day of the visit and left a message to confirm the visit but did not leave a number to call back or that I should call the office to reconfirm. Talked with the estimator, Jeff, and he was not very nice. Blamed not coming to do the estimate on me, for not calling the office to reconfirm, which he didn't mention in the message I should do. Rony was super fun to talk to and great at explaining when I had any questions. Landon helped to get the insurance to pay for everything including the damage to our siding and everything else. However, CVR was patient with the time it took our insurance to cut a check and even worked with us to make sure everything was taken care of in order. I really loved working with them. If you are looking for a crew to get your roof done fast, and a company to help you work through things with insurance, I would recommend them. They were great!
