If they only work on fireplace jobs of a certain dollar amount that should be stated, so people don't waste time sending detailed info and pictures. On the day we scheduled Carlos showed up on time and walked around with us to confirm the work to be done, placing blue tape so nothing was missed. He worked for several hours, applying multiple layers of "mud" where necessary and when done was meticulous about cleaning up each area where he worked. His work was that of a master craftsman. We cannot tell where any of the holes or blemishes were. We are very happy with his work and the price was fair. I do not hesitate to recommend Patches in a Day if you need similar work. He communicated professionally, was on time and did a great job. ------------ Angel Brothers did a nice job on a traditional stucco for the exterior of my house but there have been some problems with parts of it crumbling off and they have been extremely difficult to get any response from them regarding warranty. It's been extremely crazy making and I cannot recommend them at all for this reason. They also did a poor job with some of the stucco details and really disappointed with their shoddy cleanup at the end.

He was so helpful and generous with his time. He had me text him pictures of the stucco I was hoping to get repaired and counseled me on how best to approach the problem. He was very honest. He could have taken my business and charged me a lot but instead he took the time to educate me on how best to approach the repair and he directed me to the right people for the job (recommended a professional painter rather than a stucco specialist). Extremely difficult to schedule an estimate…read more I called in late March and was told to wait for the owner/estimator to call back for an appointment several weeks later in mid to late April. No one ever contacted me. I called twice again in late April. First time no one picked up the phone or responded to my voicemail. Three days later I called again and the receptionist would not connect me directly to the estimator so several phone calls were exchanged. In the end, only 1 appointment time was offered to me 9:30am and I asked to move it earlier to 9am since there were no appointments before me and I needed to attend a 10am work meeting. I was told nope. I gave up because it's hard to work with inflexible unresponsive people.
