I went back and informed them about the problem and they agreed that the shadow rock that was delivered was a bit bigger than advertised. I was assisted by Chelsea Aguilar who was very understanding and informed me that she would talk to the general manager and get back with me. The following morning she called and when I went in she said that they were willing to work with me. Long story short, I ended up getting the smaller 1" shadow rock at a discount and on top of that she waived the delivery fee. She turned out what could have been a bad experience into a great experience. We will definitely keep supporting this business and will recommend it to our friends. Again, thank you Chelsea for being so helpful and professional in resolving this matter! H. F. San Antonio, TX
