This place is no longer in business. Nothing online is updated but there's nothing there and the storefront is bare.

First time in this Playland with my grandson who was attending a birthday party of a friend …read more So - it's Saturday - understandably busy . Front desk staff very sweet and helpful . There appears to be enough staff here to assist & watch over things . The restaurant area was well staffed . The pizza that was prepared for the kids had a VERY GOOD taste . Drinks and paper were provided . Party " rooms " ( areas) were clean and roomy and very assessable to the main play area and bathrooms . Bathrooms were CLEAN and stocked and smelled GOOD ( thanks ) but need some cosmetic attention . The kids seemed to enjoy the play area which is roomy enough for maybe 100-175 kids total give or take ( just my opinion ) . What really BOTHERS me and what I feel needs to be immediately addressed is the LACK of a water fountain for these kids that are playing . Right now the only option is to buy them a bottled water . Management might like this from a $$$ standpoint but it's going to HURT your business in the long term believe me as they prohibit outside food or drinks . A water fountain should be provided as a part of paying admission . I will probably avoid coming back here until & unless one is installed . That's right . It's that big of a deal . Had we had a water fountain available and with cosmetic work to the bathrooms I'd have given them a 4 today at a minimum so it's certainly decent - just be forewarned that WATER will be an issue because your kids will be getting HOT and thirsty and you'll need to spend plenty to keep them hydrated enough to be able stay long enough to make your initial cost of getting in worthwhile .

This place down sized big time and is still the same price . I do not recommend this playland…read moreadventures anymore since they moved . You will be disappointed

I went there with my 9-year old son. We paid $10 for him to enter the play area. The entry fee…read moreincluded 3 premium entries, which cost $3 each after the included entries were exhausted. One of the premium attractions is a series of trampolines and then a large lever slowly spins around and kids can jump over it. Another one was a rodeo bull. He could play on several bounce houses unlimited. One was a giant slide. Another has a small trampoline with a soft area to land. Another contains a rope ladder that you can try to balance on. There is also an arcade and an eating area. The arcade games are pretty expensive but the prizes were above average. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I have taken my son here many times. $7.00 per child and free admission for adults with child. Lots…read moreof different inflatable bounce houses for children of all ages. I encourage adults to get in there with their kids and play also. The facility definitely shows wear and tear and could use a better, more fun colored rug to help liven the space up some more. The food has a lot of room for improvement, it's basically gas station food. The Nachos are the same one's you get from a gas station actually. There is a water fountain for free water but drinks are reasonably priced (compared to other places like chuckee cheese). I recommend this place for children ages 2-12. It is usually busy but not in a crowded sort of way. Website is now: http://www.playlandadventures.com/

A great place for all ages to feel like a kid again. Trampoline parks have been big the past few…read moreyears and finally this area has one. Located in the same mall area as IGA and Spotlight Cinemas. You can buy time to jump ranging from 60 to 90 to 120 minutes with prices going from $14 to $25. Depending on the day/night there may be discounts such as college night, teen night or family night so plan accordingly. Also beware you will need to buy jumping socks for $2.50 on top of the jumping time. Also safety waivers will need to be signed which can be done on their website or when you are going. I found pricing to be decent especially if you go on one of the special days for a discount. They have tons of normal trampolines but even better they have things such as dodgeball, foam pits, slack lines, an arcade, and other activities to keep you busy. Your best bet for having fun is bringing a group of friends or the whole family. After coming here and jumping for awhile you should be getting tired. Don't get too crazy or let your kids get too crazy as injuries could happen in this type of environment. A much needed addition to the entertainment in Orono.

Bathrooms & cubby storage area really need to be kept cleaner-someone should take ownership of this . A few lockable lockers would be nice for adults . Overall satisfying visit - I'll no doubt be back with grandson !!

Island Green Golf Center - Our Mini Golf Scores

My family and I were wanting to do some fun activity and came across Island Green Golf Center. But…read morewhen we got here, the place seemed to be called Traditions Golf Center. The young staffer had no idea what or if the place had switched owners and the name or not. There is a Pat's Pizza attached, and Gifford's ice cream too. We chose to play Mini Golf, and they have the course set up as a 27 (!) hole course. I believe that it may have been really three nine-hole courses based on how the holes were designated in the concrete. The course has a many similar holes with a lot of sloping which caused my group to max out a bunch of times. But, we also had some holes-in-one for those who were lucky. My son "won," followed by a tie for mom and dad, and then my daughter, my dad, and lastly his wife. She, however, was one of the holes-in-one playing Happy Gilmore style pushing the ball with the putter like a hockey stick much to the chagrin of my son when it actually worked well. The teen staffers were out and about using a leaf blower to clean the course, and one hole had the astroturf completely replaced just before we played on it. A lot of brick curbing was loose so watch your steps! The main water feature also was not operative. Everyone on the course (and there were quite a few) was well behaved and respected the people ahead of them. Staffers in the clubhouse wore masks and the sign said anyone vaccinated didn't need one but everyone else did. There is a single hoop basketball court for customer use and although they advertise having go karts and we did see the course, they too were not running. $54 for six to play golf reduced to $48 with a law enforcement discount. We did not stay to eat, and it took a couple of hours to get through 27 holes with all of us. I bet a lot just stay and eat after. If it were very sunny, we would have all been burnt to a crisp; wear sunscreen as there's no coverings on the course. This was a nice way to spend a couple of hours with the family doing a fun vacation activity.
