They were supposed to empty the skimmer and add water if needed. I paid $50 per month. Each week I was away I'd get and email stating all was good with the pool. When I returned home I found my pool water to be green, side walls were green, skimmer had debris in it, numerous bugs floating on top and when I had the water quality tested at a local store they said it needed chlorine and 2 cups of muriatic acid. And the thing was the pool tech had been out to my home earlier in the day and I got the email that all was good with the pool. When I brought these items to the owners attention, complaining that how could a pool tech say all was good when the water was green, the pool needed chemicals, bugs on top and these items should have been brought to my attention while I was away. Also there were so many bugs floating on top the water it took 4 net skimming turns to clean it. The owner did not address my concerns about being notified of the water problems and give me the opportunity to have additional work done. I thought everything was good however when I returned everything was bad. Bad business, they took my $100 for the month and didn't do a thing. I should have been notified of green water, green sideways, bugs, and it the tech was out to the house and put in chemicals but when I had water tested it needed chemicals. The owner did not address why they didn't notify me of poor water quality, Look elsewhere for pool service and make sure they send you pictures if you are away.

Despite hiring a company that was supposed to oversee and coordinate the build, there was little to no project management provided. Nearly all of the work was performed by third-party subcontractors, and there was no meaningful follow-up or quality control from the company. Instead of proactively managing the project, they relied on us to identify problems, report issues, and continuously follow up for corrections. Even when legitimate concerns were raised, getting items repaired or completed properly felt like pulling teeth. Communication and accountability were lacking throughout the process. The most frustrating part was the disconnect between the sales process and the actual experience. During the sales pitch, they told us everything we wanted to hear and presented themselves as a full-service company that would handle the project from beginning to end. In reality, we found ourselves acting as the project manager, quality control inspector, and customer service department. If you're considering this company, be prepared to closely monitor every phase of the project and advocate for yourself at every step. Based on our experience, I would not use them again and would not recommend them to others.

Their staff is amazing and we sat down with them and went over what we wanted in a pool, such as type and size as well as options. We settled on a Roman style pool with a single stage water fall. We also added a mermaid mosaic which gives the pool a nice touch. We opted for the Travertine natural stone pavers that look fantastic. At 30' x 14' the pool is just the right size for the backyard and there's plenty of room to entertain a large party. I can't say enough about their work crews, they worked fast, efficient and were very courteous and respectful. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a new pool. They took care of all permits, only one I had to get was the one from our HOA for the construction. Pool was completed in just over 30 days as they told us that we could expect the build to be about 35-45 days. Joe and Olivia were a pleasure to deal with and I recommend asking for them to anyone interested.
