I should have read Yelp review first before buying from this place. The price was outrageous but what's worse was the owner attitude. He treated me like I was begging to order his food. I should have left from his attitude. Not just me though but other customer as well. Lamb gyro was chewy dried. Buklawa was expensive and sickening sweet. $13 was too much for 4 small pieces even with my California standard. He charged $4 for small Diet Coke bottle. The vibe in the restaurant was depressing. If you are in Sawmill marketl avoid this place. The food looks great but the owner manner needs big improvement.

Great addition to the eating hall! Filling and nutritious. I would pass on the Turkish coffee, however. Worth it to sit and dine on the patio!

Awesome place! Great food selections from various restaurants. The atmosphere is very laid back and chill. People eating and enjoying each others company. Parking was kinda tough. Had to park a bit far from the place, but it was worth time. I tried Mesa Grill and their service and food was great. Would def go back!

Love Sawmill Market and decided to try Meso Grill today! Service was friendly and quick. I got the Falafel plate! And it was delicious the falafels were just perfect! Great flavor and texture. Comes with hummus, Tzatziki sauce, and one other sauce that I'm not sure what it's called. A side salad, flat bread and rice. All were delicious and flavored well! Will for sure get again!

Hummus was the best I've ever had but I had to really pile it on the pita in order to finish it; would have been nice to have a least one more pita with it or some veggies. Definitely an appetizer size - I can often order a hummus plate to fill me up but I was still hungry after this.

So much to consider at Sawmill, but I made a good choice here. I had the falafel plate which did not disappoint. The grilled hatch chili and tomato on the side were awesome and the presentation alone turned a shabby metal tin into a colorful and decorative feast! The hummus and tzatziki were so so but the rest made up for it. The Greek salad had a lot of acid in the dressing so blending with the falafel helped. I'd go back!

Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.

In a rare turn of events, both kids got the same thing, the Korean chicken bites with the sauce on the side, which was a great decision bc it did have a kick to it. The chicken itself was a bit dry. Both adults also got the pork belly flatbread. I found it a bit unbalanced with too much sauce and not enough other toppings, and the base wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Speaking of crispy, we opted for the appetizer brussel sprouts, and they were a bit chewy and on the not so super crispy side. Service was fine, and glad to have a little break from heavier New Mexican cuisine on this night. Lots of variety on the cocktail and adult beverage menu too.

Amazing sandwich, fresh, delicious! While we were enjoying our food, Pratt Morales, the owner and master baker, came out and talked to us for a while. This was a real treat, great positive attitude and love for what he does. He even introduced us to one of his specialties the Turkey shaped bread he makes for Thanksgiving. So popular now he gets hundreds of orders per year. We left with some biscochitos and other cookies to go, and a desire to try more things when we are back in Albuquerque.

Considering the $16+ price, I expected a bigger sandwich or a side of chips or something. Even a pickle wedge? Nope! I got a cup that was partially filled of au jus sauce for dipping and asked the girl to fill it up, which she did. It was like a big deal to do this. She was too busy reading a novel, while seated on a stool behind the counter, and I was interrupting her reading. The small sandwich sat in the corner of a mostly empty cardboard tray. That all said the sandwich was good, but hardly worth any bang for my bucks. Hey where were my tater tots on my tray that I am now observing in other posts. So I paid for an incomplete meal. You owe me! I just called to complain and it went to a voicemail with a Santa Fe number. Credit me back for an incomplete meal.

I've tried some of the burger variations and they're delicious when you'd like a change. Salads are basic and the green chile stew is thin. To summarize: The beer battered onion petals with ranch were amazing. My boyfriend said his fries weren't bad but nothing to write home about. We both enjoyed our burgers. Now I sent my boyfriend to go do a take out order. For my bacon burger I wanted the burger only, add mayo on the side and add red onion to the burger. When he comes back, I am missing the red onion and the mayo. I had to walk back to the location, stand at the register while being ignored by 4 employees, 3 "cooks" and 1 other employee seemed to be a plain front of house worker/waiter, until another 5th employee comes to the register. I had the take out bag on the counter so they could see I wasn't ordering anything new, just wanted to fix an incorrect order but no one greeted or acknowledged me. No one said one moment either. The girl who came to the register was sweet and asked the cooks for my onion on the side. When she joked with them about not putting onion on my burger the older woman cook blamed a new girl employee for the mistake. I then got 3 thin slices of red onion and the mayo packets and went on my way. I took a screenshot of the online prices for this location for some of the burgers because they are actually incorrect- by $2! Not very nice to see especially if a family is on a trip and let's say only had cash. Just be careful and check your orders and wait until you're IN the restaurant for pricing. (Completely forgot to take a photo of the menu put up in there.)
